The house has a whole home generator in case the island loses power, an elevator for you to use, a chefs kitchen with 1 extremely large dining room table, 2 very large living rooms, multiple ice makers and bars, 2 sets of washers and dryers, 2 bunk rooms for the kids or adults (queen beds with singles up top), 2,600 square feet of decks on each floor facing north and south. The house has 10 foot ceilings, 8 foot sliding doors across the entire south side facing the Gulf on both floors and the north side has the same, giving every room incredible views and direct access to the very large covered decks.
