Please note: one owner’s closet and one garage bay are reserved for owner use.

After booking, you’ll need to sign our House Rules and Supplemental Rental Agreement and complete guest verification through Truvi, our third-party health and safety partner. These steps must be completed within 24 hours of booking or 4 hours before check-in, whichever is sooner. If this doesn’t work for you, we’re happy to offer a free cancellation.

This is a strictly non-smoking property, including indoors and outdoors. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Violations may result in removal and additional charges.
