Perfect Getaway

Beach get a way

Only problem was literally 558 pm before we were given code to unit. We have never had that problem with other companies. Beautiful unit though.

My stay at the Island Princess for my daughter's wedding

Condo number 409 was absolutely amazing. The decorations were beautiful and Tastefully done. Absolutely love the view and there was plenty to do in the area. There are other guests in other condos here for the wedding and the coordination of the chairs on the beach in a group for all of us was very thoughtful. We had a great time and definitely would consider coming back. Thank you so much for all you did to make our stay beautiful and memorable.

Dirty, dirty, dirty

The location of this property was probably one of the only positive aspects of this rental. We had a 10 month old baby with us, and the first day, his feet were black after crawling on the floor. We re-cleaned the floors after check in, and they were awful. We also had issues with bugs being inside the until. We saw small cockroaches and other bugs that lead to us not being able to keep any food on the counters. The pantry door completely fell off at one point, and the tv in the living room did not work. The beds were awful. The first night we put our baby in the bathtub, we cleaned it first, and again wiped up dirt and grime. The shared things (pool, pool deck, walk over, and beach chairs) were all nice amenities. I’d suggest finding another space though.

Do not recommend

My cousins watched our child in the room while we unloaded the car. During that 20 minutes, my child’s feet and knees were black from crawling around the living room floor area and we had to mop. Roaches were a huge problem in this unit. I called the rental company (Brooks&Shorey) and they said they would send someone to spray. No one ever came so I called again the next day and was told they were waiting on HOA approval. New TV cables were installed the week of our stay therefore a team of four men were crowding our unit but thankfully they saw the roaches and called for a maintenance man to come spray. While that was wonderful, it was also a huge inconvenience to keep a nearly 1 year old and 3 year old off of the floors due to the chemicals. The dryer in this unit also squeaks incredibly loud therefore we did laundry during the day so the noise wouldn’t keep the kids, us, or neighbors up. There were also hairs found in the showers upon arrival. We were all highly disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit especially for the price we paid and extra cleaning measures were supposed to be in place due to rising covid numbers. Will not recommend to anyone or stay again.

Beautiful location

Would definitely stay here again. Right on the beach, parking spot right by the elevator, not really within walking distance of anything but very short drive to everything. 10/10 would recommend

Everything was great but a few chairs and bar stools were broken and master bath tub had a crack in it. But over all it was a great stay . Will stay again in the future
