Inside, the condo is thoughtfully cared for and designed with comfort in mind, providing a clean, welcoming space to recharge after a day in the sun. We provide a starter kit of essentials – Bathrooms: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 bars of soap, 1 small bottle of shampoo and 1 small bottle of conditioner; Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 2 trash bags, 2 kitchen towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 sponge and 1 small bottle of dish soap. After these items are used, guests are responsible for supplying their own. Please note: we do not provide cooking oils, spices, coffee, filters, or pantry staples—please pack what you need. If they are in the unit when you arrive, use them at your own risk. You'll also have access to a well-equipped fitness center, convenient on-site ice machine, and a variety of community amenities that enhance your stay.

Windemere Condominiums Gulf front pool is seasonally heated December – March, and they have a hot tub available year-round.

Things to Know:
Windemere is going through elevator replacements this off season! All 3 elevators will be brand new by next summer. One elevator will be replaced at a time, so 2 will be available at all times. However, there could still be a longer than normal wait time for an elevator. Thank you for you understanding and patience!
This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

Guest Access:
You will receive your door code & amenities access codes via email one hour before your 4PM check-in.

Two parking passes will be in your unit upon arrival.
