Holiday Harbor Marina Apartment with boat slip!

This one-bedroom apartment is a serene retreat, ideal for unwinding after a day on the water. Inside, you`ll find a kitchen, a dining area, a comfortable living room, a full bathroom, and a queen bedroom. There`s also a coin laundry conveniently located downstairs next to the front door. The apartment includes a boat slip. We`re situated in the Holiday Harbor Marina, right next to the Sunset Grille restaurant.

The apartment is located on the second floor above the Holiday Harbor Marina store. (It’s two sets of stairs) this is very private and quiet. There is a boat slip with the apartment and we have trailer parking available off site (but close by) . There is a coin washer and dryer downstairs next to the entrance of the apartment. Right next to the Sunset Grille restaurant and few minutes drive to the beach !!!

Guests will have full private access to the apartment.
