Absolutely loved the location and the fact that we could bring our pups. Easy to find. Unfortunately, for us, it rained almost the whole time. It was still a nice place to stay! Also, the AC is insanely cold! Perfect for after beach days lol

Best Spring Break, loved the location!! We chose this spot because all the reviews say it’s a private beach and you walk to Florabama…. Yall, it really is! Multiple days we were the only ones on the beach when other complexes were packed!! Every evening to walked to Florabama and back- don’t forget to bring your shoes or they won’t let you in! We will definitely return!

Beautiful place and the views are amazing. We saw dolphins everyday. The location is perfect. Communication was great. WiFi didn’t want to work but it’s vacation so that was probably a good thing. King size beds were super comfortable. Really a nice set up. A bit drafty and a blanket on the couch would have been nice. But overall it was worth it. I’d stay again!

Our stay at this beach house was even better than we expected, it is the perfect location! One of the best surprises was how truly private the beach was—it felt like we had the entire shoreline to ourselves most of the time. Our dogs had the best time relaxing in the sand! The house itself was very clean and well cared for, and the beach chairs provided were a great touch that made it easy to relax and enjoy the view without having to bring extra gear. The location made it perfect for a quick getaway, quiet enough to unwind but still close to everything we wanted to do.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return again in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach trip with a beautiful, private stretch of sand.

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely incredible. The home is situated right on the beach, so we were treated to gorgeous views from sunrise to sunset and could walk straight out to the sand whenever we wanted. The house itself is very well stocked—not just with the basics, but with thoughtful extras like beach umbrellas, chairs, and toys, which made it easy and fun for the whole family to enjoy our time by the water.What really made our experience stand out was our hostess, Ariel. She was welcoming, accommodating, and always quick to respond. Ariel clearly knows the area well and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants and fun activities. On a rainy afternoon, she even suggested a visit to the Orange Beach Arts Center for glass blowing, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip.Between the unbeatable location, the comfort and convenience of the house, and Ariel’s warm hospitality, this was easily one of the best beach vacations we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect coastal getaway!

Condo was true to online pictures Loved quiet, uncrowded beach. I would stay at Perdido Dunes again.Our only negative was condo complex just feet from our wall was under construction so power tools, hammering and music began at 7am.

The location was fantastic as all we needed to do was walk off the back deck down the pathway and onto the beach. It was nice having private access to the beach because it made it a lot less crowded. Being located on the Florida side was also a plus as it wasn’t as busy to go grocery shopping and to drive around and see the sites. We didn’t expect the noise from the construction next-door as they’re building a massive multi family complex on the other side of the wall, however, that cannot be controlled. Washer and Dryer along with all other appliances was great. We didn’t go out to eat at all and were able to spend more time at the beach. Remember to set up on the beach between the property boundaries to avoid any conflicts with the multifamily complex neighbors to the East. Overall a solid location and very easy and convenient for our family.

Perfect location!

Perfect location, was able to have a super early check-in! House was clean and had everything we needed and more, literally steps to the beach and we practically had the whole place to ourselves. Will definitely return!

Nice quiet spot

My wife and I stayed here for a short fall beach weekend. It's a little far away from all the things, but not too bad, and the beach is pretty secluded. The place was on good condition and way better than staying at one of those giant multi-unit condo buildings.

Girls Getaway

Location, Location, Location! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great showers. The views are incredible and just steps from the water. The townhouse is older and needs privacy curtains or blinds on the main level. Need a way to lock the unit from the deck when on the beach. Would definitely book again.
