Relaxing Gulf Front Oasis, unit 332

  • This third floor gulf front condo, 1248 square feet has gorgeous views from the family room, master bedroom and the spacious balcony. It is completely furnished as a second home with granite counter tops in the kitchen, stainless appliances and relaxed furnishings. The kitchen has been completely renovated in 2022 and new flooring in the kitchen and living area. Both bedrooms have tv's. The laundry area has been up-dated. We keep our unit well stocked with everything needed to make your vacation enjoyable and comfortable. We are always making improvements and we do keep it updated.


    Sandy Key has two gulf front pools, one is heated and a outdoor hot tub, exercise room, and lighted tennis court. The outdoor hot tub is closed from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

    This unit sleeps five people with a king in the master and a queen and a twin In the second bedroom.

    Sandy Key is well maintained, low density with 180 units and 800 feet of beach front. Sandy Key is also a gated complex.

    Experience the relaxing atmosphere of Perdido Key. It is laid back, very peaceful and beautiful. We are close enough to any activities you like from Pensacola to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, AL. It is in walking distance to Gulf Islands National Seashore Park.

    No smoking and no pets allowed. The guest must be 25 years or older to rent our condo.


    Condo Rental Amenities: Beach chair and umbrella rental services are available.

    Surrounding Activies: Biking, miniature golf, amusement park, water park, fishing sightseeing, swimming. There are several golf courses with Perdido Key's Lost Key Golf Club nearby. You can charter a boat for fishing at surrounding marinas. All kinds of shopping with an outlet mall in Foley, AL. The Wharf in Orange Beach has a movie theatre, shopping and abundance of restaurants along with an amphitheater. We are located near the Pensacola Naval Museum, home of the Blue Angles flight team and near the Pensacola Dog Track. There are buses going to and from Biloxi, MS on a daily basis to the gambling casinos. You are only minutes to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, AL and Pensacola, FL.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    FOR SHORT TERM RENTALS

    30 + day notice, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.

    14 - 30 day notice, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

    Otherwise, no refunds.

    Sandy Key Complex is smoke free and is prohibited everywhere on the property including our condo balcony.

Excellent condo

Excellent condo! Quiet, clean and very well stocked. Location to the beach is absolute perfection and we loved that there are no stairs on the boardwalk to the beach. Made it very accessible for our daughter with special needs. Close enough to Orange Beach and Pensacola activities but far enough away to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach. Thank you for a great week making memories!

Love Sandy Key

This condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and loved the balcony. Good/prompt communication with the owner for any questions we had. Easy access to the beach. Sandy Key property was also well maintained. Enjoyed some great quality time with our family. Hope to be back soon!

Wonderful weekend getaway

This was a great unit for our family. We loved the location and the owner was responsive to the questions we did have. The condo was clean, well furnished and ideal for our family of three. We won’t hesitate to rent again when we return to Perdido Key!

Amazing!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The location is unbelievable. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, had a fully stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The property owner was very easy to communicate with and provided information about the area including restaurants, etc. The check-in process was so easy. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

Perfect Getaway

This rental was perfect. Very clean, comfortable beds, and was stocked with everything we could ask for. My wife forgot her hair straightener at home and sure enough they had one in the drawer. My kids are already asking when we can go back. Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend away!

We spent three nights here. It was our first time in perdido key. The property is beautiful. The condo is gorgeous and had everything we needed! Slept five us perfectly. The view you can’t beat. The pools were nice and the beach was great! Quiet little area but close proximity to groceries, food, snacks, etc! We will definitely be back!

Perfect condo and host

Annual trip with family staying at LaPlaya. This unit has been totally updated and reworked so nicely from the regular Sandy Key units we have stayed in. Diana is a fantastic host with communications and accommodating requests. There are a few lovely palm trees interfering with the surf view from the dining table outside but well worth it to not be directly above the pool. The chairs by the railing offer perfect views. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything we could want and lots of extra garbage bags and cleaning supplies if needed. The appliances are top notch and clean and new.The towels and linens are really nice. If we return next year I really hope the unit is available and look forward to working with Diana again.

Great condo and spot!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key and specifically this condo and property. Condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room and space. Beaches were great. If going on spring break like we did one of the things that made this property great was the 2 pools, one heated and one not. The heated pool was a big help when it was a little cooler. Owner was excellent with communication, which is critical. Onsite pickleball was a plus. A couple good places to eat in walking distance and others a short drive away. We will be back.

Sandy Key condo

My sister, her husband and I rented the condo over the Thanksgiving holiday. Our niece was hosting the family at her home in Pensacola for Thanksgiving dinner. The condo was absolutely perfect! Neat, clean, nicely decorated. My sister and I prepared a pie and 2 side dishes for our family's meal. Kim and I each brought many dishes, measuring cups and all kinds of other implements, because we didn't know how well the kitchen would be stocked for preparation of our dishes. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo kitchen included all the dishes, pots, pans and appliances both large and small that anyone could ever want or need. I mean she has an electric mixer, a waffle maker. plastic storage containers, plenty of plates, serving platters and bowls, baking dishes, you name it, she has it! We really didn't have to haul half our kitchens with us, because Dianna's kitchen was veryy well supplied! We were very impressed and know now that if we have Thanksgiving or any other family event in Pensacola, we will rent Dianne's condo if it is available. As for the other amenities - patio was lovely, view of the beach and the gulf was terrific! We walked on the beach and it was very relaxing. Two well kept pools, one heated and a hot tub, along with an exercise room, make the condo an ideal place to stay. My brother-in-law kept commenting about how nicely appointed the condo was. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, there was nothing that we lacked. I can't imagine anyone who wouldn't enjoy their stay in Dianna's condo. We will definitely rebook. Just a delightful place, quiet and a nice place to get away for a little vacation. Thanks again, Dianna for having us!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this unit. It had recently been beautifully updated. Everything was very clean, and there was great water pressure in the master bath. The owner had multiple games that we enjoyed on the rainy days that we had. We greatly recommend this unit and will definitely be booking here again in the future.
