    **NEWLY REMODELED as of December, 2017

    W-801 is a recently updated spacious two bedroom and two bathroom unit. Eight floors up is just right to give an uninterrupted panoramic view of the water and the promise of a breeze most days. Just a couple doors down from the elevators means only a short walk getting in those groceries or running back for beach supplies.

    Come into an inviting �great room� floor plan that allows a wonderful unobstructed view of the Gulf from anywhere in the kitchen, living or dining areas. The well lighted kitchen features new granite countertops, new cabinets, and an island with generous counter and storage space. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook and eat in or fix a quick snack for the beach or balcony. The bar with four comfortable stools provides more eating area or a place to sit and visit with the cook. Eating becomes a whimsical experience at the spacious mermaid table. The living room has ample comfortable seating and a large new Samsung flat screen 4K smart TV with blu-ray player. Free wireless internet and television service is provided. A wet bar with sink and ice maker is also provided for your convenience.

    The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a flat-screen HD TV and balcony access. The adjoining bathroom has a new tiled walk-in shower with granite bench, new cabinetry with granite countertops, and jetted tub. The second bathroom is also tiled throughout with a new walk-in shower with granite bench, new cabinets, and double sinks in the granite countertops. Perfect for relaxing or cleaning up after a good day at the beach. The guest bedroom has tile floors, a queen sized bed and a flat screen HDTV. A full sized washer and dryer is handy for those beach towels.

    Enjoy sand piper and shell decor throughout the condo as well as on the white sands below. Beautiful views of the Gulf and beaches can be seen from the balcony while relaxing on pub height patio furniture. The balcony is accessible from the living room and from the master bedroom. Come and be welcomed to a breath of fresh air!

Clean and comfortable

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at the beach. Layout of the rooms in condo was nice. It was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Including an electric kettle. The grounds were beautiful and right on the beach. Would definitely come back.

Very Enjoyable!

This place was so perfect for us! We didn’t book it until about two days before arrival, and we were thrilled when we arrived. Very clean condo, it felt so big and spacious. Comfortable beds, everything f we wanted in the kitchen, and very nicely updated bathrooms. The balcony was perfect for us, being in the west building, the balcony faces south east therefore you can catch the morning sunrise from the balcony. (Afternoon shade on balcony) The beach was very clean and a lot of room for football, volleyball, frisbee, etc… plus plenty of room to catch some rays. We loved the hot tub and grill area too. This was our 5th consecutive year spending Spring Break in Florida’s pan handle, and this was our favorite place we picked. Loved it and we’ll be back.

Enjoyed our visit!

My wife and I quickly committed to and booked a visit to the Gulf Shores area. We didn't realized that we would be staying in Perdido Key instead but we enjoyed it much better. The condo was very nice. We had a small issue keeping the air at a certain level, it kept jumping up to 75 degrees and not cooling as we wanted but we would lower it several times a day. That was really no big deal. The main issue was that the king size bed in the master bedroom had two twin sheets as the bottom sheet instead of a fitted king size bottom sheet. Needless to say we would wake up with the bottom sheets all bundled up beneath us. Again, not the worst thing in the world. Overall we will probably try to book this unit again in the future. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent spring break

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break vacation! The unit was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony can’t be beat and the complex was not incredibly busy. It made for a very relaxing get-away!
