Gulf Front Condo with Stunning Views!

W304 - This renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is situated on the third floor of the west side of Eden. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and updated appliances and comes stocked with extra items like a Keurig and air fryer. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, Gulf views, private access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with granite countertops, a spacious tiled walk-in shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom has a 40-inch flat screen TV and includes three beds: a bunk bed (twin on top, full on the bottom), and an additional twin bed. The living room has coastal décor, new furniture, Gulf views, and a 75-inch flat-screen TV, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach. You can prepare a refreshing beverage at the wet bar with ice maker and unwind on the comfortable, pub-height balcony furniture. Enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony, which is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. The condo also features fresh paint throughout, modern lighting, a full-size washer and dryer, Cox Cable, and free WiFi.

Lucky vibes

Even though we have stayed in Perdido/Orange Beach many times, this was our first time staying at Eden. I didn’t realize how much we were missing out on! It’s an incredible building with an amazing outdoor pool, indoor pool as well as a game room for the kids! The security guard (I can’t remember his name)that’s been working there for about 8 years he said was so nice and helpful and made sure we were having a great time. Our unit, W-304 was awesome! The interior design of the place is what caught my eye when looking at availabilities online and I work with a designer so it’s definitely something that grabs my eye when looking for one. The sofa was right up my alley being a non fabric so I didn’t feel all yuck on it. The icemaker made my world easier and having 3 beds in the guest bedroom was perfect for my 3 kids. The storage was also very ample in this unit. I didn’t have to stack all the groceries on top of the kitchen counter! I actually had an empty pantry I could store them in so I didn’t get anxiety when I walked through the door from a relaxing day at the beach and see all the clutter everywhere! We will definitely try to book this place again!

Excellent Stay

This property was just as described. Furniture and bedding was very comfortable. Everything was in working order. Very kind staff. Everything in working order. Property was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Quiet property. We had a wonderful stay for our girls trip. Will stay here again.
