Lovely ground floor condo! Features a 50" Smart TV in the living area, a 43” Smart TV in the bedroom, and individual TVs in the bunk area as well! ALL stainless steel appliances! Spacious balcony with high-seated chairs perfectly tailored for soaking in the breathtaking beach views and sunsets. This is a BEAUTIFUL unit on the ground floor - no waiting for the elevator, no stairs to climb, YET the views are PERFECT!

Amazing baby moon!

We came down for one last trip before becoming parents. This first floor unit was so convenient and comfortable with an absolutely amazing view of the Gulf. It was a quiet property and the free beach service was a great benefit. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay

Just a weekend trip down to Florida and it was great. Much like other reviewers, we agree that it might be a bit dated, but nothing to complain about. The view was amazing! The response for the management group was quick and reliable. I love the key pad entry for the whole family so we don't need a physical key to keep track of during our stay. Parking was easy and convenient. Overall, we would stay again!

Fort Walton Beach stay

Great location. Place was very clean. Point of contact was easy to deal with when reporting minor damage to a table upon arrival inspection. Beach was not crowded and the complimentary chairs were incredible. Plenty of parking as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Anniversary Getaway

We had a fantastic two week stay. The condo is beautiful, clean, all amenities needed provided. Everything on our wishlist for our Anniversary was checked off. The location and ocean view is spectacular! We enjoyed watching the dolphins from our deck while eating breakfast. Every time we went to the pool we had it all to ourselves. It was really nice to have beach chairs and umbrella every day set up for us and had the nicest guy named Will (beach concierge). He brought a fishing pole and bate bucket for my husband to use after my husband had mentioned how he really wanted to do a little fishing. We will definitely rent this property again! Amazing property

Everything about this place was spot on perfect. The view, the amenities, the whole unit was amazing, someplace you actually looked forward to going back to after the long days. The only thing I could even slightly nitpick was the master bed is a bit outdated and a bit uncomfortable.

Perfection!

This was the perfect beach front condo. We enjoyed unplugging while sitting on the beach and patio daily. It is out if there action enough to be peaceful, but only a couple of miles from the restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend staying here.
