You'll love everything about Casa Del Sol! Lost Key Golf & Beach Club offers the only private beach club amenity in Perdido Key. Add the challenging but fun Arnold Palmer designed Lost Key Golf Course on the property and you have the perfect Stay & Play.
This villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths for up to 12 people to enjoy.

Full of luxurious details and located in an amenity rich development, this townhouse is a prime location for guests seeking a resort style vacation. Perdido Key has a laid back vibe and visitors love the less developed coastline and Gulf Islands National Seashore. Besides offering both golf and beach amenities, Lost Key also has 24-hour gated security. Beautiful, scenic views from the privacy of the balcony and lots of opportunity to spot wildlife and birds with the golf course being an Audubon property.

INDOOR LIVING: Beautifully decorated 4 bedroom/4 bathroom home with coastal casual décor including a sectional sleeper sofa, dining table, and four TVs throughout the house.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The home has the following: Queen bedroom located on the main floor next to a full bathroom. The spacious Master bedroom is located on the upper floor with a King bed and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom # 3 has a Queen bed and the same private en suite bathroom configuration. The 4th bedroom is a Bunk Room with a Twin over Full Bunk beds and a Pull-out Twin Trundle. The Bunk Room also has its own en suite bathroom as well. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered balcony with seating on the upper and lower areas and a gas grill.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, Keurig/drip coffee maker, regular coffee pot, Crock-Pot, knife set, ice maker and blender.
GENERAL: Linens/towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, central heating & A/C, Pack n Play for infants, and basic cable television subscription.
PARKING: Garage (2 vehicles), driveway (2 vehicles)

WHAT'S NEARBY: The Beach Club with bar & grille and pool. Fishing, swimming, and general beach activities are allowed at this private community beach. Other amenities: A private pool and spa for townhomes and villas, fitness center, Par 71 Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course, sidewalks for bicycling, walking and jogging, and pickle ball courts. Resort shuttle service for access to all amenities.

Grad celebration

We had family coming into town from all over the country, to celebrate our son’s graduation. They needed a place to land and this home was perfect. We spent many hours on the beach and at the pool together. We had delicious meals around the table, as the home was equipped wish anything you could possibly need! The pond out back as good to us and the kids caught fish. The sunsets were amazing from the porch and the back porch was a great morning coffee spot. The only complaint we had was the comfort of the mattresses, not the best.

Great Townhome

Great townhome that comfortably fit our family of 10 for the week. There was a shuttle available to take us from the home to pool or beach and back. The main pool was perfect for day and evening swims with small children as well as a good place for teenagers to hang out

Cordgrass at Lost Key

Our family of 9 had a wonderful time. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The amenities, such as the pools and golf course were easily accessible and very clean. The shuttle that took us back and forth from the beach was driven by some of the friendliest people. We loved the location. We will return again in the near future.

Just a heads up…

Keep up with the wrist bands for resort access!! They will charge you $25 each for any bands not returned.( I’m sure that info was in the initial rental agreement but after a week long trip it’s very easy to misplace them!) Also parking for 4 vehicles is misleading if you have a large car or truck. And they will give a ticket for anything parked on the street

Birthday Celebration

Very nice property and location was easy access to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were good size. We were disappointed in the lack of basics such as no salt and pepper, etc. The grill was filthy. The walls were a little dirty and the kitchen faucet handle fell off while using it.

Clean, Spacious Retreat

We had a great Christmas vacation at this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for all 11 people that were there. I would tell future renters to bring everything you will need—toilet paper, dish soap, dish brush, salt and pepper, tinfoil, etc. We would have also appreciated more sturdy hooks for hanging bath towels and beach towels. Aside from those things, we loved this place.

The property was beautiful, with plenty of room for our family.

The only drawback to this property was not being able to see the beach/ocean while sitting on the deck! Otherwise it was very nice! The Beach Club was right on the beach (a private beach w/chairs and umbrellas available), also has a pool and restaurant, with a shuttle that picks you up at your door and drops you off at the door of the Beach Club. The community lagoon style pool was also very nice. We had a small hiccup with the after 5 checkin (given the wrong address/keys), but that was corrected immediately, and the upstairs air kept flipping the breaker, but maintenance was there to get that taken care of right away! I would definitely recommend this beautiful property.

Family Vaca!

We have stayed in the Lost Key Resort the last 3 years. The resort itself is marvelous. The secured complexed, private beach, beach club and golf course is fabulous! The location is another huge benefit, being close to Pensacola Beach, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores but not having the traffic is the best! The property management company met all expectations and worked with an early check in. Overall, well worth the stay.

Beautiful home and resort

We had such a great vacation here. My husband and I took all of our adult children and their spouses. Everyone had a queen bed and their own bathroom! The only thing lacking were blankets to snuggle up in after a long day in the beach. Overall great value and wonderful experience.

Beautiful Area

Perdido Key is a beautiful area. The beach is outstanding! Lost Key Resort is a quiet community with some full time residents and several rental properties. They fixed the hot tub which had been down for quite awhile. The pools are not heated. There is no parking on property at the beachside pool area which is very inconvenient. Public parking is close by but fills up quickly in season. The condo I rated as a 4 for cleanliness because the railings in both staircases were filthy, the porch areas needed to be scrubbed down. the screen was broken on the door to the back porch, and the window sills had some black dirt or something on them. I was there for 3 months and ended up buying fitted mattress covers for all the beds. None of the beds had mattress covers and no fitted sheets; just flat sheets. There is a grill but the management agreement states that you cannot use it. Over all I loved the area and the property. It is cooler in January but the last half of February and March are great!

Time away

This unit was lovely. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Would have liked to have a garage door opener or at least the keypad code for easier access. Also fitted sheets on all the beds would have made sleeping more comfortable. We had a WiFi issue for a couple of days, however, PKRM was accessible to help fix this issue. The complex of Lost Key was nice except the pool at the beach was not open at all. Also, we walked at night to the larger pool inside the complex and the street lights were never functioning which made it quite dangerous in the dark. The lights around the pool deck were also not functioning at night. It was nice to have a 24 hour guard on duty at the front entrance. Another nice perk was the complimentary chairs and umbrella on the beach for Lost Key guests.
