Beautiful and very clean 3 bedroom 2 full bath home on a canal leading to The Pensacola Bay and The Gulf of Mexico. You have access to Pensacola, Perdido, Destin, and Gulf Shores beaches from your private 50 foot dock. Bring your boat and you will be all set. Or, you can enjoy the canal-facing covered deck with a tiki wet bar, covering over 450 sq feet. The Blue Angels...? Did I mention we are right at the end of the North runway to the BLUE ANGELS? From the deck, enjoy the Blue Angels practicing, with the best seat in town. Included is a chest freezer to hold your catch of the day, or ice for an all day boat trips. Out front of the home is parking for up to three vehicles with covered car port. We are located 10 minutes from the Naval Air Station (NAS), home of the Blue Angels, and a museum with an Imax theater. Some of the beaches by car are Perido Key about 15 minutes away, Pensacola Beach 25 minutes away, and Orange and Gulf Shores beaches about 20-25 minutes away. Our home is decorated with beach colors and a beach and nautical theme. The large master bedroom has a queen bed with a HUGE attached master bath and french doors leading to the covered 450 sq ft. deck. You can wake up looking over the beautiful canal. Off of the master bedroom, the master bath has it's own set of french doors, with a large shower and his and her sinks. In the master bathroom, there is also a large walk-in closet. The living room, kitchen, and dining are in a open area, so you're able to visit while making your meal. Our fully-stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, utensils, granite and wood counter tops, breakfast bar with stools, and very large walk-in pantry. The kitchen table seats 4 people. Off of the kitchen is the washer and dryer. The comfortable living area contains a Smart 43" cable TV with a DVD player. Our home has WIFI as well. Down the hallway is the 2nd bath, with a shower, and two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, and a Smart TV with cable. Across from this bedroom is the 3rd bedroom with large closet, 2 twin beds, and cable TV.

Navarre, Florida, Stonebrook Golf Course in Pace, Florida, Lost Key Golf Club in Pensacola, Florida, Tiger Point Golf Club in Gulf Breeze, Florida, Scenic Hills Country Club, Marcus Pointe Golf Club, Cypress Lakes Golf Club, and the Osceola Municipal Golf Course.

Thanksgiving Stay

Once again, our stay was wonderful. We’ve stayed here several times over the past several years. The house is always clean and ready when we get there. My brother lives in the neighborhood so it’s perfect and very convenient. Even though we didn’t bring our boat this time, it’s nice to be on the canal to see the fish and crabs in the water. It’s a quiet area and is close to everything while still being out of the way. We can’t wait to come back this summer!!

Family vacay

Our stay was awesome! If you're looking for a Florida get away with out all craziness of staying on the beach, this is perfect. Neighborhood was quiet and easy access to everything you need. The house was perfect for our family vacation! It had a little something for every member to enjoy. The blue angels practies were phenomenal to watch. Definitely recommend this property!!! :)

Didn't leave the venue in a car the whole week. We were on the boat every day; going out for lunch/dinner, hanging out on the islands, and fishing. This place checks all the boxes for boating and fishing.

The house was beautiful, close to everything. 10 minutes from the beach by boat. The house had everything we needed to cook and accommodate our needs.We had an awesome time visiting family. Can't wait to stay again next year.

Decent place but crazy host.

Overall that place was decent. The problem occurred when we checked out. The host began to harass us for an hour through text messages about how we left the place trashed. We hand washed all of the dishes we used, wash most of the towels, took all the trash out, clean the kitchen, swept the floor. We asked for pictures and the only pictures he send was a bag of bread left on the counter, the clean towels in the basket in front of the washer, a couple of water bottles in the bedroom, and the beds not being made. Obviously Tim has high expectations and expects the mobile home to be left better then he had it when the tenant arrived. There was a cleaning fee that was charged at the time of booking but he was upset the beds were not made, I hope he washes the bedsheets every time someone returns the house because blows my mind how he is sending pictures of the beds not made. My brother got hurt on his deck because one of the boards was sticking out and he was furious we used the first aid kit. We did not take pictures of how we left the house but have the pictures Tim sent us proving we did not leave the house of disaster. Just makes me wonder how many people he harass after they check out. Never did he get a noise complaint from the neighbors or any issues from us.

Wonderful location + Family Friendly

Home base for multi-generational family on the go in different directions. This rental was in the right place for us. Fishing on the canal off the back porch was fun for the kids. The beach was super close. Everywhere we wanted to go was only 10 minutes away. We can’t speak to fixing any meals there- we were visiting family and either ate there or out but enjoyed having a place to return to and unwind after busy days but the back porch looked like it would be fine for entertaining with a few more places to sit!

Bring Your Boat!!

This canal front property has everything you need to have a wonderful boating vacation! We’ve stayed in the Bayou Grande Villa many times, but this was the first time we’ve used this particular rental. Having dockage on the canal is a wonderful time saver! Plus, being from a freshwater state, I didn’t have to keep dunking my trailer in the salt every day! A definite plus! The owner was very fast to respond to any questions we had. The place was very clean and served us well. We had a great vacation! Highly recommended!!

Great fishing trip

Great spot to stay if you plan to fish in Pensacola area. Canal and bayou grande connects to Pensacola Bay. Marina less than 1 mile away for convenient gas and bait. Property owner was very responsive to all my questions. Place was extremely clean and as advertised. Plan on going back next year.

Perfect for our vacation
