Floor to ceiling magnificent views of gorgeous snow white sands and glistening emerald green water await you in this charming upscale condominium in beautiful Pensacola Beach. Our guests love to watch the dolphins just a few feet away from the shimmering Gulf!
You will be delighted by the tastefully decorated and comfortable new furnishings of this clean and updated vacation destination. This condo is designed with a mixture of comfort and luxury and is perfect for your family vacation. Our guests enjoy the open floor plan, large balcony and well equipped kitchen. The kitchen contains everything you will want for preparing meals of any size for your friends and family .It has all the accessories and touches you would expect to find in this home.
The beds are very comfortable in both bedrooms. The master has a king sized bed with extraordinary views and an entrance out to a large balcony. There is a full bath and ample room to relax and enjoy the ambiance of this fabulous flat. There are two twin beds in the guest room which share the second bath. The living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa and a nice flat screen TV. The condo has a washer and dryer.
We have many guests that choose to return each year. They believe the best things about our condominium is the close proximity to the beach and pool and the expansive views of the dunes and water. You really enjoy your time here and will not want to leave!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The beach view was absolutely amazing, and having easy access to both the beach and pool made it even better. The condo was very clean and in a great location close to restaurants.

Great place to stay right on the Gulf. Fantastic views from the balcony. Everything is very convenient. The unit was clean and a bit larger than expected from the photos. Gregg was very prompt with communications and answering our questions. We hope to stay again in the future.

Pensacola beach 2025

We loved the condo!! Gregg was awesome to work with as well. Everything about the place was great!! The only thing that we didn’t like was there is no inside door lock and our two year old was able to open the door. nothing a quick Amazon delivery didn’t take care of though.

Wonderful spot on the beach!

Gregg’s place was amazing for our family. It was right on the beach, and we had access to the pool as well. I can’t say enough good things about this spot and the location! We had the best time and highly recommend this stay for your beach vacation!

Condo was great! We stayed Saturday to Saturday with two twelve year old girls and we had plenty of room. If you are looking for convenience all the way around I would highly recommend. The room is located right next to the elevator, close to the pool door and beach walk. The trash bin was located right outside the condo door. There were chairs in the balcony closet. The view for a 2nd floor condo was fabulous. I've stayed in low and high rises and this was perfect. We would definitely return.

Gregg, the host, was great at communicating and answering any questions I had prior to and during our stay. The rental was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything that was needed during our week long stay. The view was amazing and you’ll love the large balcony. The beach is just a stone throw away from the rental. The beach chairs and umbrella that were in the utility closet came in super handy. You will be glad you chose this rental!

Amazing views and beach!

When you look out the windows or sit on the balcony, you feel like you are sitting on the beach. The beach wasn’t packed and we stayed during Red, White, and Blues week. The condo was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

Great spot on the beach!

We loved the condo. The view was spectacular! The balcony was spacious and we liked that it was mostly shaded all day. It was nice to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. Gregg was very responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Yearly family vacation

We loved the condo! Views are amazing and we loved being on the 2nd floor. We could see the pool and the beach! It was the perfect space for our family of 4. Gregg was a great host. Perfect for Blues week!!

Perfect views!! Had breakfast with the Blues Wednesday morning. Parking was ample, facilities were great. Condo is clean and functional. Great stay, will book again.

Love Pensacola Beach

We have stayed in this complex before but first time in this unit. The location is perfect for us as it isn’t overly crowded and the water was absolutely perfect. Mr. Kirby was awesome to deal with, very fast responses and check in info was sent a few days early which I much prefer to the same day notification that sometimes happens. We had a great week in a great condo.

Perfect View

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in W204!! We enjoyed being able to key in the room code instead of having to keyup with keys!! We had an awesome view!! We have been stay at Regency Towers for many years!! When our children were small, we loved the close proximity to the pool and the beach!! We enjoyed the new decking on the walkover!! Overall, we had a great time!!!

Pensacola Beach Vacation

Condo was beautiful and so clean!! We loved the location, the view from our balcony, easy access to beach and the pool. Greg was super nice with any questions we had and also letting us know of the improvements being made to the building. Easy to find the restaurants and shops. We will definitely come back.

Great Condo.

Gregg was a great host. Always respond to out requests on time. Location is great and Condo was in great shape. Negative part was the 2 buildings were under remodeling. So construction noise was not good. But after all was a great experience.

End of summer trip

My husband, myself, and our 2 college age daughters had a great week at this property. Being on the 2nd floor made reaching the beach very quick trip! We loved the fact that the condo was located on the far east end of Pensacola Beach, less people and more peace and quiet. The owner stayed in touch with us and everything was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again! We rented e-bikes from the place across the street. My husband and daughter rode all the way to Navarre beach and back one evening and had a very fun time. They rode into Pensacola Beach the next morning and explored.
