Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the Penthouse floor at Beach Colony Resort. Enjoy a spacious extra large balcony with a totally unobstructed panoramic view of the gulf and coastline. This condo is beautifully decorated and is always exceptionally clean.

Beach Colony Resort is an elegant, private complex offering luxurious amenities and all the comforts you could want on a vacation. Our condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is a fantastic master suite including a separate glass shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub overlooking the Gulf offering privacy and a spectacular view! While staying at our amazing condo, you can work out in the state of the art fitness center. It offers brand new equipment and a great view. Also available on site are three swimming pools (one indoor), a hot tub, and two clay tennis courts. Located just minutes from Beach Colony, you can enjoy a round of golf on one of two golf courses located within a few minutes of the resort. Beach Colony is nestled in the heart of Perdido Key - restaurants, shopping, museums, and exciting night life are not far from the resort. We know that you will love the time you'll spend in our gorgeous condo so much that it will be a favorite vacation spot for you, your family and friends for years to come!

The condo has high end furnishings and décor with an upscale and well-appointed kitchen with granite counters. The beachfront master suite has a king bed with a luxurious master bath, a beautiful shower and jacuzzi jetted tub deck and twin vanities. This condo is the ultimate in luxury and comfort! Each morning you will awake to the sound of the surf, and can enjoy the view from the fabulous master bedroom, the living area, or expansive balcony overlooking the gulf! The guest bedroom has 2 full size (double) beds and a private bath, and there is also a sofa sleeper in the living room, allowing comfortable sleeping space for up to guests! The condo has 3 TVs including a smart 65" TV in the living room.

The Beach Colony Resort is nestled in the midst of the sugar white sands and the beaches are ranked as one of the top 5 swimming beaches in the United States by Conde Nast Traveler! The resort is adjacent to Johnson Beach on the Gulf Islands National Seashore, home of a 7 mile stretch of pristine beaches and marine sanctuary! You are also only minutes from every convenience imaginable, including restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.

This was our second time staying at this beach condo, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as clean, comfortable, and well-stocked as we remembered. The view of the ocean from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking — we spent every morning enjoying our coffee while watching the waves roll in.The condo itself is in a perfect location — close to restaurants, shops, and of course, just steps from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, and all the little touches made us feel right at home.We had such a wonderful time relaxing, soaking up the sun, and making new memories. It’s rare to find a place that feels just right, and this condo has quickly become our go-to beach getaway. Looking forward to our next visit already!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The description and photos are accurate. Anne was a great host with good communication. Check in and out was easy, the home was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The best part of this home is the location directly on the beach with no road to cross and the exceptional view. Great place to stay !

Beautiful view; Clean; Convenient to restaurants & shopping

I've stayed at a lot of Vrbo's and this was one of the cleanest, which is extremely important to me. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to cook a meal. The appliances were very clean, all supplies were left for washing dishes, running dishwasher and washing clothes. We were supplied with more towels than I had expected! The view is beautiful and the porch was pleasant to sit on and enjoy our morning coffee and evening drink. I will stay here again! Owner was extremely helpful!

Perdido Key Stay

We’ve stayed in several VRBOs & this was by far the best. Condo was very clean & well equipped. Stunning views & easy private beach access. We love the Perdido Key area and hope to stay here again in the future. Anne is a wonderful host!

An honest review

Pros: Beautiful view, very clean condo, exceptionally well supplied kitchen, bathroom linens were fluffy and in sufficient quantity, very responsive owner communication. Cons: Extremely uncomfortable beds, extremely uncomfortable (actually painful) living room couch and loveseat that were covered with a cloth OVER slipcovers. In addition, there was a broken fan with light that the owners were aware of prior to our arrival. They did have it replaced after we notified them, but the maintenance man was in the condo for 21/2 hours which greatly impeded our privacy.

Great Property!

The property is clean, well appointed, and comfortable! We particularly enjoyed the outdoor area and the beds. Anne is a delightful host - responsive, proactive and kind. A little goody bag was waiting for us when we arrived that made us feel like special guests. We come down annually in July and we will definitely be back to this one. You won't go wrong staying with Anne as your host!

Amazing Hospitality

The condo was absolutely beautiful with an absolutely gorgeous view! Mrs. Anne was by far the most amazing host! She gave our kids some snacks upon arrival and also made herself available for any questions throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning!!

Beautifully decorated condo. Owner, Anne, was very easy to work with and gave me all of the check in info well before I checked into unit The unit was beautiful and very clean. Check out was very easy. We will return to this unit. Of all the places we have stayed at this beach, this was by far the best!

Absolutely wonderful

Ann is a great host. Our A/C wasn't cooling properly, and she had it repaired immediately. Very nice property with the most beautiful beach and clear water. We had an excellent vacation; thank you, Ann! Condo equipped with many little extras as well.
