I have NEVER left a bad review anywhere but we were pretty disappointed with our stay. 2 days before arrival they informed us that the pool area was under construction and would be closed. It was pretty obvious once we arrived that it had been going on a while and we could have been informed sooner so we could have potential found another condo to stay at. I understand things happen but we have a young child and mainly picked this place for the shaded area near the pool. The day we arrived (Saturday) they informed us the dishwasher was broken and that a cabinet door had been taken off and would be replaced at some point during our stay. ay. From Saturday to Tuesday we had employees of Southern Vacation Rentals in and out of the condo fixing or seeing to various things all while we had a 5 month old trying to take naps. We had maybe 4 towels to use between 5 people. One dish cloth with a broken dishwasher for 4 days. We had 2 extremely thin pillows on each bed. We did find 2 extra at the back of a closet but they were also so very thin and there were NO extra sheets or pillow cases. There was no salt and pepper anywhere. The only positives I have to say is it was a very clean condo and and there was a good amount of pots and pans. I will never book another condo or house than is managed by Souther Vacation Rentals ever again!

Great building and nice condo!

The condo is in an excellent location and was very clean. We had everything we needed. We even arrived earlier than we expected and were able to check in early. The property manager was very friendly and responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean Condo with Great Views and Convenient Location

We recently stayed at a condo in Perdido Key and overall had a good experience. The place was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. The views were definitely a highlight – beautiful and relaxing, especially from the balcony.The location was great, conveniently close to restaurants and a grocery store, which made it easy to grab meals or anything we needed during the stay.One downside was the limited number of bath towels provided. With six people staying, we found ourselves having to do laundry every day just to keep up. A few extra sets of towels would have made a big difference.All in all, it was a solid spot for a beach trip – clean, well-located, and with amazing views. With just a little improvement on the towel situation, it would be an even better stay.

Key to Paradise

Overall it was a great stay. I was surprised the Southern Group was in charge. Hadn't encountered that on VRBO. They have a hefty upcharge that significantly changed the price of the rental. I'm local, I should've read the "fine" print! You can't call The Southern Group. After you make a reservation, there's no more contacting VRBO or a host. The condo was very clean and had a beautiful view. I had to change the fitted sheet on the MB bed because it was so badly "pilled" it felt like sand in the bed. No other fitted sheet to fit the bed, I stretched out a flat sheet to sleep on. There was no description of the coffee maker, it would be helpful if there was a Keurig. 3 coffee pots, no Keurig. The ice maker stopped working. I had to go to an ice machine. And the TV remote isn't user friendly. I couldn't watch TV in the LR . Other than those couple of things , my 90 year old Mom came out twice, so it was all worth it.

Amazing Condo Horrible parking

The Garage is so low our truck won’t fit in the clearance. The ramps up to the condo are tight. We went to buy a boat and then the condo does NOT allow parking for trailer and boats in the overflow across the street. Wish we had known this before we would have chose a different condo.
