Bienvenido a nuestro encantador condominio frente al mar de 1 dormitorio, 1 baño, llamado "Surf's Edge". Este condominio frente al mar, ubicado en el complejo de condominios Perdido Skye, ofrece fabulosas habitaciones para hasta 6 huéspedes.

Raro encontrar! Unidad frente al mar, ubicada en el piso superior, y el West End de bldg! Sólo hay un condominio a su izquierda y debajo de usted. ¡Nadie a tu derecha o encima de ti! ¡Las unidades finales tienen más ventanas para más vistas y más luz natural!

El condominio puede alojar fácilmente a 6 personas con una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, una litera para niños en el pasillo y un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Una puerta de bolsillo en el pasillo proporciona privacidad a la sala de estar.

El condominio también cuenta con: balcón privado frente al mar, sala de estar, cocina bien equipada, espacio de comedor para 6 personas, 1 baño completo con combinación de bañera y ducha, 2 televisores de pantalla plana con canales por cable, internet inalámbrico y lavadora y secadora apiladas dentro del condominio.


Esta hermosa unidad se encuentra en la esquina oeste del último piso de Perdido Skye. Este altamente deseable condominio de baja densidad de 7 pisos se encuentra en la pintoresca Perdido Key, Florida. Las comodidades del complejo incluyen: piscina climatizada por temporada en el lado del golfo del complejo, parrillas para barbacoa de carbón y un gimnasio. Hay estacionamiento para 1 vehículo por unidad. No se permiten remolques de estacionamiento, casas rodantes, botes o motos de agua. Para estos artículos más grandes hay lotes de almacenamiento en el área, solo pregúntenos.

Durante su estadía, disfrutará de las fabulosas vistas desde el balcón frente al mar, la ubicación conveniente del condominio, la piscina climatizada (normalmente climatizada de octubre a febrero), el gimnasio, la cocina bien equipada y el excelente valor por sus dólares de vacaciones. ! Pool closed. They sent me a message prior to my arrival stating that there was an emergency maintenance repair but should be up soon. The entire pool deck was gone and under construction. The boardwalk beach access wasn't accessible due to this issue. I wasn't about to walk around the construction site on unlevel sand when I have back and hip issues. As far as cleanliness, sand all on tge bed, mold all over the shower curtain liner. I was only there 12 hours. This was my birthday present to myself on my first available day/weekend off this year and I was completely upset. No pool, no beach access, mold. Will not be back.

The condo was easily located and the view truly could not be beat. The decor was very cute and beachy. However, when we arrived we were almost knocked over by the smell of the febreeze plug-ins. We unplugged them immediately and soon realized their purpose. The entire condo had a horrible musty smell. It was the worst in the bedroom. Even the dishes in the cabinets smelled kind of musty andsour. (everything in my suitcase had to be washed when I got home due to the smell.) Kitchen counters and appliances were very clean but the floors were absolutely filthy. The tiles were practically black and we had to wear our shoes the entire time. When we moved the chairs to the table you could clearly see the outlines of the furniture where the floors had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was dust covering the light fixtures. And the ice maker was also broken. The hosts were made aware of these situations, but apparently there were some communication issues as they kept telling me they were trying to text/call even though my phone never rang. My phone was receiving calls/text otherwise so I'm not sure what was going on there. I find it hard to believe they were actually trying to get in touch. We were finally told there should be ice trays, which there were not. There was construction going on as well so there was nowhere to sit around the pool whatsoever, but it wasn't a big deal since we spent most of the time at the beach anyways. Location was great with a few restraunts, shops and sweets within walking distance. Other restaurants were just a short drive. Great views of the gulf!!! Condo had everything you would need. Communication was great with detailed arrival and departure instructions. instructions.

Larger balcony on 7th floor Unit was super clean and didn't overdo the beach theme. Just enough but not too much. Management addressed all our small questions very quickly.

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. Although Hurricane Francine crashed most of our visit, we were extremely cozy and conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. We came in and the place was really cleaned and smelt good. Robert was checking in on us and answered calls and texts quickly. We are definitely coming back here next visit.

We had a terrible experience at this property, which seems to be poorly managed. The floor was dirty and covered in sand. My children’s feet turned black with dirt within minutes of arriving. Everything appeared grimy like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. But the worst part was seeing live roaches in the unit a few hours after we arrived. We called the property manager who was aware of the roach issue, but didn’t see it as a problem. We contacted VRBO, but that was little help. We were told their rebooking team would call, but we never heard from them. We ultimately canceled the rest of our reservation and found our own accommodations elsewhere. We eventually did get a refund from the property manager, but we had to push to get that. The state of this unit is not as advertised and should not be hosting guests until it is in better shape and free from roaches. You know the property is in bad shape when a six year old could tell how much cleaner our new accommodations were.

Had a great time, room was clean and as described. Only a few things could be better; such as the dryer doesn’t dry very well, the bedroom TV remotes didn’t work, and a few more cooking utensils would be great. We also knew going on there was construction going on, however we didn’t expect to be bothered first thing in the morning to replace a door hinge that absolutely could have waited until we checked out the next day. Overall it was great and we would stay again!

arrived on Thursday, went to 7th floor and none of the rooms had numbers (painting in progress this week apparently), so we had to just enter our code on all the doors until one worked. -Friday went to our car to get beach chairs and approached by 3 construction men telling us to move our car across the street and if not the chemicals they were using to pressure wash would remove our paint. -Also Friday, was leaving to go to beach and again, construction crew at our door and wanted to replace the threshold to the door while we were away with the door unlocked, so instead we just had to wait till they were done. -after getting back from beach our room was blocked by construction gear (picture attached) -counter tops were dirty upon arrival with crumbs. - patio was not swept, had lots of sand from previous guest. -the condo has a ROACH problem, pictures attached! -we also lost power for acouple hours, ofcourse this was right during the time my wife was getting ready for a concert (the reason for the trip)and couldnt use blow dryer or curling iron, etc...not condos fault I assume but also not our fault. When you take all these factors in a 3 day period, it was just a terrible experience Pleaseet me know what avenue I need to use for my request of a partial refund, just to many issues not to. Unit was not as nice as pictured . Had three days with workers replacing front door and frame , still not finished. No privacy with that , came in one afternoon with the door wide open and the workers gone to lunch . Had to hide our valuables every day . Elevator not working for a day and a half , staying on seventh floor walking up and down steps inexcusable. Found out when we got there they are painting exterior of building so we had to park across the street in strip mall parking lot . Not very happy , will not be back !

Nice property! Pretty beach decor thru out the unit! Clean, comfortable and has everything you need for kitchen, linens, bedding! HVAC works great, unit stayed cold but did smell abit moldy/mildew smell which we brought Lysol and air freshers to combat the odor! There was a lot of noise coming from workers repairing exterior of the building which was ongoing the 5 days we were there! We loved being so close to the water! Only 1 elevator serving 7 floors, so sometimes it was a wait to use! Pool was clean, warm and nice to swim in! You can rent chairs at beach but pricey! We would stay at this property again! Great/helpful staff too!

Great LOCATION! Walked right up to the condo with no difficulties! Day One, washer gave trouble, within a few hours someone was there to fix it! Very Clean upon arrival! GREAT FAMILY AREA for beach access and pool! Beautiful balcony view! Would Definitely come back to stay again!

Upon arrival we could smell how clean the condo was. It was amazing. Location was absolutely perfect. The views were breathtaking. Everyone we encountered at the complex was friendly. Definitely plan to book again in the future.

We recently stayed this past week and I wish I could give a glowing recommendation for this property. I’ve never had any issues with booking with VRBO, we always book our vacations each year through them. To begin with, Shelley was very accommodating to the issues and was able to fix the wobbly coffee table and metal bar on the pull out sofa. However, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and functionality of this rental. For starters, the outdoor metal table was so rusted, it could not be sat and it took up have half the porch. Our linens had make up marks, hair and toothpaste. There was sand and dirt on the sheets on the pull out sofa, sand in the sheets for the master bed and sand on the floors. The silverware drawer had food debris and looked like it had not be cleaned in awhile. The shower curtain in the bathtub has yellow mildew stains at the bottom, the baseboards need a cleaning. Overall, the lack of cleanliness was very disappointing especially since we paid for a full week. I usually do not complain, however I at least expect the condo to be clean and pictures of the condo to represent what the condo actually is.

This was perfect for our family of 6. We brought a wagon to transport our chairs and things to the beach. It was pretty quiet and easy for our kids to build sandcastles and play. The pool was perfect for my kids too, nothing fancy but great for them to swim if they were tired of the ocean. The snow cone place across the street was delicious and so was the Island restaurant next to it. We had the best week here, laundry to do our clothes, the view was beautiful. Easy check in and check out! I can't wait to come back.
