With over 1,950 square feet of living space and two balconies, our four-bedroom residence has ample room for enjoying a family beach vacation. Each unit has a spacious living and dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar, a master suite, and 3 guest bedrooms each with a private bath. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room! The Gulf-side balcony has a built-in cook center and plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing while the bay-side balcony offers a quiet refuge.

Located on the 4th floor of the Tower building, this spectacular condo will blow you away and will surely delight the most discerning vacationer. 2 Free Seasonal Beach Chair sets and Umbrellas provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals ($600 value - FREE to our guests).

Beach Club also boasts an onsite spa, Aqua Spa at Beach Club Resort. Traditional spa and body treatments, which include massages, manicures, pedicures, facials, and more are offered by our skilled staff. We use the finest natural products to help you relax and unwind with ease.

Beach Club is located in the Core of Pensacola Beach with easy walking distance to the Pensacola Beach Pier, Casino Beach, Boardwalk, Restaurants and Shopping. Beach Club is minutes away from Historic Downtown Pensacola, the Naval Aviation Museum, the Pensacola Bay Center, and the Blue Wahoo’s stadium!

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Perfect location. Subpar room

We have stayed at beach club several times the last 10 years. We love the location in the middle of everything, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops and stores. The condo itself was nice enough. I would say this was one of the lower end condos we have stayed in at Beach Club.The good: 4 bedrooms with 4 baths were perfect for our family. The 4th floor condos have the biggest balconies of all the units, which was super nice. Views were good, as always, but the A building in between the main building and the beach partially blocked the view of the beach/ocean. Beds were comfortable and furniture was in good shape (although one bedroom had a full bed, which isn’t great for two adults to sleep in at this level of condo. The kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs. The bad: The floors were in dire need of replacement with cracks and holes in the tile throughout, the front door was nowhere near in acceptable shape (hinges falling apart, support arm broken, dust cover broken), the oven barely worked. We found trash everywhere in the condo (from candy wrappers to hair ties to tissue paper) Overall, the location is hard to beat. I wish the condo would have been in better shape for what we paid (10k for 6 nights). The view was a big turnoff…we knew about the view going in but i thought it would be less of an issue. We ended up not being able to see our family at the pool or the beach from the room. My score would be 7/10 for the issues noted above.

Beach Trip 2023

The condo was in a great location. Overall, we had a great time. The only issue we had was with checkin. Checkin was supposed to be at 4pm. We arrived at 4pm and the condo was not ready. Management stated the air filters were being changed; however, when we were finally able to checkin and access the condo at 5pm, the air filters were not changed. The two balconies were wonderful. This condo is great for families or if you want close beach access. Beautiful property!

We had such a great time on our family vacation at The Beach Club. The whole property was amazing. The office staff was very helpful and accommodating. The condo was very nice and clean. Even better than the pictures. We will definitely stay here again!

55+ Girlfriend Getaway

The room was very lovely. I loved finding a room with 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms since it was a group of 7 ladies 55+ which gave us each a bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook. The balcony in the front & back was a great touch. The front balcony is partially obstructed but it still had a great view of the beach, ocean & pool. If I had any suggestions; it would be to make a path to the beach with a wagon easier. We had to go from our floor to the 3rd floor, walk through the parking garage, take another elevator to the ground floor.

Girls Trip (class of 1990 Friends)

A group of us who went to school together during elementary through high school wanted to reconnect in person after our 25th Class reunion but COVID put a halt to that after 2019 so we were able to do it again this year and we chose Pensacola! Six of us stayed in this condo and it was PERFECT for us! Lots of patio space for coffee and lots of conversation! The kitchen has plenty of room to move around and the seating is great for us to hang out together, which was the reason we got together! Plenty of space, clean, comfortable beds, great views, great patios on the front and back, and the 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas on the beach were just we needed to get out of the sun! My only complaint had absolutely NOTHING to do with the property….jellyfish!!!!! Lol The pool was great, access to everything was easy, restaurants were close by, we walked down to the pier to walk on it and see sharks and dolphins, saw a kite festival on the walk to the pier, felt safe and we were able to order Uber eats one night. It was everything we could ask for! Thank you for offering this condo on VRBO!

Perfect Location

We had the corner condo room 401, huge balcony front and back , the condo itself looked much larger online but it was perfect for our group of 5 women. unlike previous VRBO'S we have booked in the past we had to provide our own beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags , laundry det, and dishwasher det. , I don't know if it had to do with covid restrictions but it was an extra cost for us, plus to buy these items we had to uber to Publix to purchase as it was not in walking distance. The location was in walking distance to many great restaurants , shopping and of course the beach. We were provided with 4 beach chairs and and umbrella each day which was great. We were given four codes to access parking, elevator, room and beach return, hard to memorize so we kept on our phones ! On rainy days we had no access to streaming on our TV's but that really didn't bother us, if children were with us it would. All in all the best part of this property was the location, I would not reccomend for groups larger than 6 if you plan to spend much time indoors . Penselcola is beautiful!

Needs attention!!!

This unit has excellent potential however there were several items that it’s owners should address immediately, i.e, the ice maker clearly has not worked in some time, unit did not have several kitchen necessities like a strainer, sheet pan or wine opener. The floors in the unit need repair and the scuff marks on the walls could easily be remedied with some touch up paint. We were really looking forward to spending time on the balcony however the outdoor furniture was not comfortable and mix matched. The kitchen table furniture was not put together properly and the decor overall was lacking. We visited several other units at The Beach Club and they were much more impressive. When you pay a nightly rate that we did for a 4 bedroom unit, better is expected. Disappointed but had to no choice than to make it work.

Spacious, great location & view

The property was great. We loved the view and location. Plenty of room for our crew of 6. Only thing I can say that was less than ideal is the living room furniture— it’s absolutely shot and dirty. I didn’t touch the sofa or chairs as it was filthy. Opted to sit on balcony and kitchen chairs. Owners: you need to replace the furniture so guests can relax comfortably. (Bedrooms were fine). Otherwise, great stay.

Great view and location.

Really nice property and unit I would really give 4 but for the view and space it's a 5 star. Yes it could be updated a bit but all in all I think the unit is well worth it. Pros Indoor pool and outdoor pool, two balconies with views of both sides of pensacola, everyone had their own bathroom, every room was spacious, complimentary seating for the beach. Cons, not as clean as it should of been, one twin bed was slightly broken, walls a bit think and could use oil on sliding door. If you want a view with plenty of space this is it. But bring cups and plates for extra ppl. We will be back.

Extremely UNDERWHELMED👎

Sooo many issues with this condo 401. Ripped lawn chairs, missing patio cushions, broken chair that my niece fell back and hit chin….thankfully it was not an adult. Ice machine broken for over a week and refrigerator ice maker was a complete joke. No kitchen towels, no extra linens or blankets, no wine opener, washing machine not really cleaning clothes, when opening oven would set off smoke alarm. For the amount of money spent, should be better taken care of. Not sure if owner or management issue. Stayed at another condo in beach tower last year for half the price and we still talk about how wonderful the experience was. Will not be back especially this particular condo. It is sad to look at pics online and expect so much and actually get so little 😞

Great rental for families

Great condo with large kitchen and very comfortable beds! This property is great for families - both indoor and outdoor pool. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the fact we had to walk through a parking garage going to and from pool/beach area when other doors locked for the day.

Extremely disappointed

I was extremely disappointed with unit 401 at the beach club. The unit was very run down - lay out chair on balcony was broken , mildew spots in bathroom , front balcony furniture was embarrassing to say the least , big balcony furniture was in very poor condition, ice maker was broken in the refrigerator, refrigerator had a very musty smell, and to top it all off the trash shoot was broken so we had a fruit fly infestation in our unit. I would have thought for the amount we paid per night we would have gotten something a little more impressive.

Nice stay but a few concerns

The beach club is a great facility and location is on point. Love the spa/ Fitness/indoor outdoor pools. Once you park your car after check-in you don’t even need it for the rest of the week. The beach club provides bikes which we used every day to get around. There are also 2 beach chairs and umbrella provided during your stay, that is very nice. The condo was very nice but there were a few concerns during our stay. The room with the bunk beds does NOT have a ladder or really anyway to get up or down. There is tile floor throughout but jumping off from that height is very unsafe including for children ages 7 and 9. The office did provide us with a plastic/ metal ladder towards the end of our stay, but it was worthless. In the reviews someone mentioned that the kitchen was completely stocked, I beg to differ. The items were very limited and very sparse. FYI there are NO condiments/ salt/pepper etc of any kind in this condo. They do provide 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, which is rare. Be aware In the master bathroom shower, water from the shower pools completely out onto the floor causing a very dangerous environment. They had maintenance come to fix it, but nothing changed. The office provide us extra towels, like 8 full size towels to use to put on the floor help with the water. The dryer button was missing, maintenance was able to rig that so we could use for all the towels that were soaked from the master shower. The Roman shades in the 2 front bedrooms were broken and need to be repaired. The light shines in those 2 rooms during sleeping hours. Maintenance also attempted to fix those, but not really any different. This condo is so nice, but I feel that the owners and/or the office does not pay attention to details. Why not fix the things that are broken, massive amounts of water everyday pooling onto the floor, over time that can’t be good. If you have current photos please update them, or note that the ladder is missing. We would have rented a different unit knowing that the top bunk could not be used. I would stay at the beach club again, but not in this unit until it’s updated. I am sure the office was sick and tired of me calling about various issues and they were happy to see us leave. But I am just stating the facts people, get it together!
