Come and enjoy "Sunswept" at Beach Club Towers Resort and Spa. Located on the 10th floor of the Tower building, this spectacular 4 bedroom/4 bathroom condo will surely delight the most discerning vacationer. 4 Free Beach Chairs and 2 Umbrellas provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals ($400 value - FREE to Suncoaster Properties guests).

With over 2,000 square feet of interior space and over 1,500 square feet of covered balcony space you have all of the room you need or would ever want to relax and enjoy your vacation overlooking spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Bright, beautiful, and impeccably decorated "Sunswept's" stunning oceanfront location is also conveniently located a short walk away from the heart of Pensacola Beach's most fun and festive restaurants, bars, and shopping.

This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Free WiFi throughout the condo - high speed! Supports multiple simultaneous streaming devices. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - wireless high speed internet throughout. The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 8 people:

Two master suits with king beds, one queen suite, and a dual twin bed suite (that can be converted into a king).

Bedrooms:
- South master suite has a king bed, direct balcony access, and direct views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the beach and pool areas. The south master bath is opulent with a huge glass shower, jetted tub, and dual vanities. Granite and tile throughout.
- North master suite has a king bed. private bath, and a private balcony that overlooks Pensacola Bay, Quiet Water harbor area, and the intercostal waterway.
- West bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and spectacular views to the west of the island.
- East bedroom has dual twin beds that can be reconfigured and banded together as a king and a it has a private bath as well.

All bedrooms have massive 55" flat screen smart TV's with video streaming all at a touch of a button.

The kitchen overlooks the family room, the south balcony, and the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has beautiful upgraded granite countertops and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach.

Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises from your balcony over the Gulf of Mexico or your evening cocktail while watching the sun set on another day in Paradise!

I would have given a rating of 5 for this rental condo if only there weren't 3 issues with the maintenance:1.) one of the lights over the sink was flickering at times.2.) The drapes in the master bedroom need to be replaced. They have holes..3.) The drapes in the first bedroom on the right are torn.

We had a wonderful time! Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and owner was very helpful with questions I had before we arrived. 10th floor has beautiful views of the beach and bay side.

The property was beautiful, well maintained and secure. Our host provided all the necessary information for easy check in and accesses around the property. We had a great stay!

We were not given codes to anything before arrival even tho email said it was included. Couldn’t get into the parking lot until the incredibly unhappy person in the car behind us used their fob for us. Couldn’t get in the front doors or on the ground floor elevators, and neither could we get back into the bldg from the beach! Quite frustrating. Once in the condo and we were equipped with fobs, things went smoother. Emails and inside paperwork definitely need updated… P’cola Beach hasn’t charged 1 toll in quite awhile. Monthly code changes need to be readily available.Also, one of the toilets had turds in it when we arrived… definitely not ours.

Have stayed at Suncoaster a number of times now. Can always rely on an enjoyable and pleasant experience. The host can be easily reached and is responsive for small things as well as big things - eg emergency HVAC repair if needed. Unit is well-stocked and comfortable.

Frying pans and crock pots had old egg crusted on them so we had to clean them prior to using. The one section of railing on the beach side oatio was loose. The refrigerator was not cooling properly due to a loose weatherstrip. We corrected it and it started cooling.decently.

We had my family from infant to grandparent age staying. The condo was so spacious. Having the BBQ pit on the balcony was so convenient. Only things to note for improvement was floors needed to be steam mopped, some fixtures were needing repair, many times only 1 elevator was working, and there was construction going on 1 floor above ours with noise and workers passing our balcony. None of these things ruined our experience. The week was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay! The property's amenities, like the beach setup, refreshing pools, and convenient trolley stop, made our experience very enjoyable. The nice rooms with great views and the ease of access to local spots like Flounders and the boardwalk are definite highlights. It was definitely a memorable trip with friends. I would stay here again and recommend to everyone.

FABULOUS accomodations. Beautifully and very comfortably decorated; every utensil/pan/dish you could need in the kitchen; amazing view of the beach (10th floor!); all rooms were very spacious and well stocked; excellent location - you can walk to numerous restaurants & shops, or there are "free" carts that will take you around the island (they work for tips, and are SO friendly!), and they have a new trolley that will run thru the summer, picks up right in front of the property. You truly can't go wrong with this rental, we will be back!!
