Welcome to the unforgettable "Starboard Light," a gulf-front home where you can watch dolphins jump from the emerald green waters, play in the sand while the Blue Angels scream by, or simply relax while floating in the crystal-clear waters of the pool. Guests love watching their kids swim from one of two balconies, enjoying morning walks on the beach, or dining at the nearby Peg Leg Pete’s seafood restaurant. Sip your morning coffee while listening to the waves from the main bedroom balcony.

This home comfortably sleeps six guests. Bedroom 1 has 1 King Bed that sleeps 2 and 1 Twin Day Bed that sleeps 1. Bedroom 2 has 1 Queen Bed that sleeps 2 and 1 Twin Day Bed that sleeps 1.

The dining table seats six comfortably, with an additional four seats at the kitchen bar stool area.

Technology and entertainment include a 65” Samsung Smart TV in the main living area, a 50” Samsung Smart TV in Bedroom 1, a 42” Samsung Smart TV in Bedroom 2, and a Samsung Soundbar speaker system in the main living area with Bluetooth connection.

Features and amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, utensils, and basic seasonings, open to the living area with amazing Gulf views, a convenient Keurig coffee station located upstairs between the bedrooms, a downstairs balcony with bar-height table and sun lounges seating six, an upstairs balcony off the master bedroom with two bistro tables seating four, and two reserved parking garage spaces. Garage will not accommodate large or oversized trucks or SUVs. Guests also have access to public trolley stops, golf cart rides, Uber, and safe paved bike paths. The property is only 1.7 miles from the Pensacola Pier and the famous Beach Ball.

Important notes: Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside the condo or on the balconies. Unit access is via exterior stairs only, with interior stairs providing access to the bedrooms. No elevator is available.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, which requires a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only.

Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.
