We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great. The room was clean and the view was outstanding. The only issue that we had was the gate code did not work upon arrival and we had a hard time getting in touch with anyone to figure out the code.

This was our second visit to Beach Club. We were a little disappointed with our condo this time, but overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. Communication was excellent and any issues we had were quickly resolved. Our unit could use some tlc, paint was chipping, the seating on the balcony was not very comfortable, and beds were very uncomfortable Overall, we would return but reserve a different unit.

Nice condo with beautiful view. Needed more than one roll of toilet paper and one dishwasher tab. No one got back with us as to why we couldn’t park in the garage.

The room was nice especially the view, the downside is going back and forth to the beach was not very convenient with a party of 6 and only 2 fob keys. Also in our unit they didn’t provide extra trash bags and there was no hand soap at all and coming in and out the building was a hassle

Condo is truly a King, King, Queen hard to find unit. Pictures are accurate but dated. Condo needs a little TLC. We would stay here again.

Great Location; missing necessities in condo

We've stayed at the beach club for years and enjoy the location, pool, setup, etc. Beach is clean and proximity to the boardwalk is a plus.We were only given 1 key fob (which is required to re-enter the building). This was difficult with multiple family members as someone would be stuck in the pool area waiting for another guest to open the door. In past years, we were always given 2.The condo was clean and spacious, but had low supplies of cups/mugs and plates. We were a group of 5.

Beach Club

The location of the property is excellent. Secure parking, pool, easy access to beach was very nice. The amenities are above and beyond.The condo was a great layout with the oversize balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and ware. I really liked the glass banister on the balcony instead of iron ones with holes, for the little child. Only downsides was the bed was very hard, which some might like. The neighbor left a fan on throughout the stay, sounding like a jet taking off. The last was the floors were a smidge unclean, turning your feet bottoms dirty. But it was great weekend get away.

dishwasher not working correctly, toilet tissue holder broken in front bedroom, ice maker was shown in pictures on line and was removed. No 9 x 13 glass pan for cooking. No plastic tupperware. Lights not working on balcony and could not see good to BBQ. Air conditioning works really good!

This was a very good rental overall. The building is excellent - well maintained and in a great location. The indoor and outdoor pools were wonderful. The gym was fantastic with a beautiful view and great equipment. The rental itself was clean but needs some updates. The biggest disappointment was that the main TV was older and had no working internet connection, so we could not stream Netflix. When I alerted the management company that it wasn’t working, they sent a maintenance person the same day while we were at the beach who said he fixed it but he didn’t. And when I told them the issue was still not resolved they never reached out again. Very disappointing. The TV’s in the smaller bedrooms are old and not smart TV’s either, which was disappointing to the kids. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed. They supplied ample towels for the 3 bathrooms, but be warned there are no beach towels or beach supplies. There is a “borrow bin” by the outdoor pool that had a good stock of digging tools. I would rent here again but I really hope they take the feedback about the main TV so that we don’t have to watch shows on our iPad at night again.

Underwhelming amenities

Condo entry keypad took numerous attempts to open. Property manager had to use the maintenance code to get in. Very frustrating and cause for anxiety each entry. Having stayed in over 20 rentals through the years, I expect beach towels at a beach resort,None provided. No pen, no paper, no tape. No salt, pepper, sugar etc. These types of convenience items has been at every rental. Sinks need repair, master bed is scary when you turn over. 6 coffee cups, few drinking glasses, we bought some plastic glasses to use. Beautiful balcony, but 4 chairs and 2 loungers . Just not the kind of VRBO that I am expecting or used to.

Nice place. Customer service nightmare!

When calling to get billing clarification the customer service needed some kind of number beginning with H A. I gave the reservation id# and that didnt work. I asked where i can find this number and they said its in the email. I lokked at all the emails and couldnt find. They would not transfer me to manager abecause i cant verify the account. A joke!

Beach Club

The Beach Club location is absolutely perfect, with amazing Gulf views. We received the codes promptly prior to check in date; however the codes changed prior to our arrival. We called the 1-800 number and received the correct codes; from then no problems with access. The unit needs some TLC (better patio set; a new couch slipcover) - they did update linens so it looks like a hotel, bright white. An ok stay but will probably look at different units next visit.
