SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
1 Bedroom Loft: (Grande Suite): King Bed with a Private Bath (Shower), waterfront, view.
and 65" TV

“Before booking this loft unit, please consider the physical abilities of everyone in your group. The stairs leading to the loft can be challenging for some. We want your vacation to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible!”

Here’s what to expect:
Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap.

All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation.

Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 4:00

You need to know:
Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in.
Guest must review and sign the Rental Agreement at check-in.
Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.

Important Information:
Due to insurance liability requirements, minimum age for the reservation is 25 yrs. old. 
Photo identification will be required at check-in, guest must review and sign the Rental Agreement.
NO smoking/vaping of any kind inside the property this includes balconies.
No pets are allowed.
No parties are allowed.
Loft unit with stairs- NO Elevator.
Snowbird Rentals Accepted

Other things to note:
While we recognize the very real need for Emotional Support Animals, unfortunately, we must decline all pets.
In the interest of the well-being of guests with pet allergies, we unfortunately have to request that our guests refrain from bringing any and all animals into the residence.

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – CSA Travel Protection Insurance. The plan is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment. You can view this brochure at http://www.vacationrentalinsurance.com.

Donna, the property manager, will be available day and evening, throughout your stay, for any questions, needs, or recommendations. You will be able to contact her directly.

My husband and I use to live in the Pensacola area and this Vrbo has one of the best locations!! You are a 5 min walk to the beach if that, and the bikes are such a nice touch to get around the island! 10/10 would recommend this Vrbo to any young couple!

It was a fabulous location. We could sit on deck and watch w as ter. We could cross street and go to beach. Many restaurants were.within walking distance. Bikes were so fun! Co do was clean and supplies avail. Absolutely fabulous stay! Plus, See b told us when Blue Angels fly by!

All the raves about the views, location, cleanliness, and amenities such as bikes and beach items are spot on. We also enjoyed the songbirds and water birds around the bay. The kitchen is well-equipped, the shower is super. Donna was a great resource. We were overly optimistic about the stairs -- there are lots, and they are steep. Be sure you're honest with yourself about your abilities. Also, the bed is high, as are the dining chairs and the balcony chairs. Once you've gotten seated on the dining chairs, you sink in oddly. If you're a Snowbird considering an extended stay, these are conditions that might affect your comfort.

This is the perfect, quiet getaway away from the crowds of Pensacola Beach.Every room has a beautiful view and a heron lives right outside the door!It’s a quick walk to the beach and if you want to get to the pier and shopping,The condo is beautiful and well furnished…there are even bikes for exploring!

The condo itself was so very clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The building needed some maintenance on the common balconies and hallways. Donna was very quick to respond and get us checked in. The area was beautiful. Lots of stairs to access the condo and inside the condo to get to bedroom and main bathroom.

We loved this property. It’s compact but airy and bright with all necessary amenities (kitchen gadgets, washer/dryer, and ample parking). The area is quiet and relaxing yet convenient to the beach, gas stations, and restaurants. Donna with Emerald Coast Getaways was easy to reach for anything and everything related to our stay. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this place! The minute you walk into the door it screams coastal! 💙 It was perfect! Sunrises from the bedroom and sunsets from the balcony. A quick walk across the street and the ocean welcomed us. Donna was the best! Our stay was short but we had an amazing time celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary! We will definitely come back🤗

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. The condo was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings that made it feel both luxurious and cozy. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better! Just a short walk from the beach, we had everything we needed within reach. Close to Peg Leg Petes, my favorite restaurant. Overall, this condo exceeded all our expectations and made our trip truly memorable. We can't wait to return!

Unit was very comfortable, had all the conveniencs of home, and was in a great location. Really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and bikes. The bay at the back of the building was great for kayaking while we enjoyed the short walk across the street to the beautiful sandy beach. It was nice that this area of the beach was less crowded. Most nights we did the 20 minute walk into town which has an excellent selection of restaurants.

I would highly suggest using unscented cleaning supplies. Guests like myself have an allergic sensitivity to the powerful scented soaps used on dishes and laundry. I also expected better bath towels!! Other than that, we had a wonderful time relaxing and getting away for the first time in six years.
