    Spend your next getaway frolicking on the sugar-sand beach, floating in the tranquil Gulf Coast waters, and soaking up plenty of sunshine at this Gulf Breeze vacation rental. A great choice for families or a group of friends, this bayside condo offers a shared pool, beach access, and plenty of room for up to six guests.



    Residing on a coastal barrier island and along the Intracoastal Waterway, this home is just steps away from lovely Pensacola Beach. It's also just a 10-mile trip away from downtown Pensacola. Drive into Historic Pensacola Village, crossing over Pensacola Bay, for a fun day of sightseeing among boutique shops, museums, and low-key eateries. You could also go on a bike ride or jog on the paved strand just beyond your doors.



    Belonging to the Boardwalk condo complex, this home has plenty of tropical charm. Inside sit spacious rooms filled with coast-inspired decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern conveniences. The living area has a large, cable-equipped flatscreen TV with a DVD player and accompanying DVD library. Through sliding glass doors in the living room sits an outdoor balcony with bayfront views and seating.



    Prepare fresh meals quickly and easily with modern appliances and a variety of cookware in the kitchen. Eat together at the glass-top dining table with seating for six, or dine al fresco on the back deck.



    Up to six guests can comfortably sleep here in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds, and a Sofa Bed provides sleeping space for two more. Other amenities include WiFi, two kayaks included for your use, and a large washer/dryer.



    Local activities include tours of the National Naval Aviation Museum (21 miles northwest), boat, jet-ski, and stand-up paddle board rentals, local fishing charters, and even attending a Blue Wahoos game (the local minor league baseball team who play 10 miles north at Pensacola Bayfront Stadium). You could also take a refreshing drive north or south on scenic Highway 98, along which you'll find uncrowded beaches, quaint towns, plenty of shopping, and local eateries.

A little piece of paradise

Perfect accommodations for us. Had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing and awesome stay at the beach. Would definitely use again and cannot wait until we can go again!

Location

Loved the private beach access, right outside of the condo. All of the items included with the Condo were great for the kids, my wife and me. Would stay again, and highly recommend to any family looking for a beachside stay!

Peaceful stay..

My family really enjoyed the stay. It was nice and clean, beautiful view from the bedroom, and nice washer/dryer. They’re are lots of movies to watch and the internet connection was great. It was a nice getaway.

Great place!

This condo is perfect it has everything you need and more! Has towels and beach towels, dishes, plenty of sheets and pillows! Even has a shed packed full of bikes, umbrellas, and water toys!! Very clean and great location for the beach;) I definitely reccomend this condo

A great little beach getaway! Walk out the back door right on to the white sand.

Looks like the overall property is under a renovation. The interior could use a little updating, but we were quite happy with it because it has the beach right out the back door!

Great location!

Nice condo, direct sand access to the bay side and a very short walk to beautiful Pensacola Beach. Spacious property with 2 en suite bedrooms upstairs, full kitchen living room and half bath downstairs. The property was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need except the food and the bed linens and towels are good quality. Really enjoyed the condo, definitely recommend!

Beautiful & Accomodating!

We enjoyed our stay as completely as could have been wished for! Our accomodations were perfect with every need and want abundantly met. The view was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful overlooking the bay out our back. The beach was just a short and very accessible 2 min. walk from our condo. This was the most affordable offer we found, but could not have served us any better. We would be delighted to go back anytime.

Perfect location for bay side or ocean side!

So we found place very nice and roomy! We caught some rain but we never felt cooped up! It was just my wife and i but if you had small children this unit would be perfect! Our 7th trip to navarre/ pensacola area, this property ranks up top! Only bad thing is your kids wont want to leave! Thanks to the owners

Wonderful beach house

Wonderful!! Loved being right on the beach, no elevators or long walks to get there. Had lots of extras, beach umbrella , chairs, toys and kayaks. Definitely would stay again! Only problem we had was we arrived at 345 and check in is literally at 4. Couldnt open key lockbox until 4.

Nice quiet condo but could use a few upgrades

This condo provided a quiet week away for us, which is exactly what we were looking for. The location is great -- right on the bay and just across the street from the Gulf. We enjoyed many meals on the deck and enjoyed the view. The kitchen is best equipped for those planning to eat breakfast and a simple lunch in and dinner out. Both matresses really need to be replaced and the bed linens could/should be upgraded. We got a great deal on the week we came so some things were easier to overlook than if we had paid full price. Overall, it was an enjoyable, relaxing week.

wondeful and well worth the money

I took my girl down there and we called at the last minute to book. They staff on the phone was great, check-in and out was easy and the place was a paradise. It was so peaceful my girl did not want to come home. We are going to bring the kids back this summer and the snow white beach was beautiful as well. I would recommend this to anybody as this was the best time we had in a long time at this beautiful place. ALSO, you must eat at peg legs which is just down the road as the food was a 5 out of 5 as well. What a great couples getaway (very romantic) but also it is defiantly enough room for a big family. Overall I am very glad we stayed there and she was very happy as well, lol. Thx!

Wonderful place and location

I have never been to Gulf Breeze or this part of Florida. What a wonderful little gem that we picked ! The condo is located to within 2 miles of bars and restaurants and shopping ( and UBER operates here too ! ). The condo is supplied with everything you could need. Lots of towels for showering , beach towels, beach chairs, ice chest and more more more. ( kitchen well stocked with pots/ pans , utensils etc ). The Gulf side is just a short walk across the street. I will for sure be back on day .....

Price was right

The location was great but they need to update a few things. The foldout couch had no mattress left it was all springs so two of my kids had to sleep on top of the couch which wasn't comfortable or big enough. It says online it sleeps 6 but without a proper foldout couch, it does not. The vents had black stuff all of them. I would get them cleaned. I'm glad we only stayed two nights. Thankfully, the price and the location was good. The master bedroom had a comfortable mattress but the second one was old. The views were pretty and the beach was private.

Convenient to bay. Condo needs updates and better managemebt

We rented for the Fourth of July. We were pleased with the location and convenience to the Bay of this unit. It is not close to the gulf. The unit allows use of many amenities which was nice. The condo is very dated inside, and carpeted. The mattresses are very old and uncomfortable. One is being supported underneath by a laundry basket. We also had a door handle break and it posed a hazardous situation. I called the local manager, and I emailed , and we got no response our entire stay.

Confusion on check out and when renting.

When the cleaning lady came Monday morning I told her we were there until Tuesdsy then at 4 the other renters came and we was still there. Did not have a good communication with the manager 😕 but they did accommodate both parties. Sorry for the mess up I feel both parties me and management is a little to blame.
