  • Great location at desirable 8D South Harbour, located in the heart of Pensacola Beach. Walk across the street to the sugar white sand beach and emerald waters of Pensacola Beach, or stroll to the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk where you can dine, shop, and unwind. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 8th floor condo has glorious sunset views from the private balcony overlooking Little Sabine Bay. The kitchen features soft-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa accommodates up to six guests. For indoor meals and entertaining, there is a dining set and bar stools, or head out to the balcony for al fresco dining while enjoying panoramic views.

    The spacious, almost 300 square foot balcony is a wonderful place to start the day with your morning coffee. Watch Sabine Bay come alive with large charter boats headed out to the Gulf, paddle boarders, and kayakers enjoying the Florida sun. At day’s end, marvel at spectacular sunsets that melt into the horizon, leaving behind the tranquil lights surrounding Sabine Bay. After nightfall, watch the bay glow in rainbow hues with the newest Pensacola Beach attraction, Glow Paddle.

    The property has a sparkling swimming pool with year-round access looking out over Sabine Bay. Once you park your car in this gated complex, you won’t need it again until it is time to head home. The boardwalk and famous Casino Beach are within easy walking distance, and a free beach trolley is available during the season. Nearby, enjoy charter fishing, dolphin and sailing cruises, parasailing, go-carts, and rental shops offering jet skis, bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. South Harbour is an amazing year-round choice for family and friends to get away from it all and discover a slice of paradise.

    We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay except from May 30, 2026 until August 8, 2026, which requires a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions can be made based on availability.

    Special monthly rates are available from January until March 1.

    Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days from the arrival date will forfeit all payments made.

    Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of their stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Cozy stay on the Beach!

This space was so spacious and cozy at the same time. The balcony view was beautiful and I was a very short walk from the beach. I would definitely come back for another stay.

Loved the layout of condo. Spectacular sunsets with nice, spacious patio overlooking the water and pool area. Fully equipped kitchen. Large master bath with lots of closet space. Perfect location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Secure parking (gated). Wonderful place!

One of the best

We have stayed in several units at South Harbor before and this is one of the best ones so far. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were nice and comfortable.

Pensacola Beach Pride Weekend

Our stay in the condo was overall excellent! It was in a great location! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. There is a beautiful view of the sunset every night from the balcony. The property manager was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would stay here again!

This property is located within a 5 minute walk of everything needed for an enjoyable vacation, including boat tours, restaurants, shops, beach, fishing pier and ice cream. I highly recommend it for families with a wide age range.

GREAT LOCATION!!! Fantastic view!!!

We have stayed at South Harbor many times. Once we parked we never had to get back into the car for 4 days. Beach, Entertainment and Fun all within walking distance. The weather was fantastic and view from the balcony was perfect. Great R&R with my husband.

All you could ask for!

Spacious clean condo with beautiful views of the bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Magnificent sunsets from the balcony. Very nicely decorated with beach themes and not a thing was missing to make a meal every night of the week! A definite return!

Nice condo

Condo was exactly the way it was described. Had everything needed to be comfy. Only issue was had to go back across toll bridge to get to a grocery store. That was expected as it was stated in the contract. Overall great week with family.

Close to EVERYTHING

While I hate to be TOO kind and leave TOO great of a review of this property in fear of having it booked the next time we go to PB, I do need to be honest and say it is fantastic. It's walking distance to nearly everything on the Beach, great bars just next door. Clean, great views, great place. We were there in November; the pool was a little too chilly to get in but it's a nice set-up all around. We'll be back!

Relaxing and Convenient

I planned this stay with my aunt for our annual get-together vacation. Both her and I are originally from Pensacola and thought that a weekend of visiting and reminiscing our hometown would be good for us. This location was perfect since we were not eager to sit in traffic all weekend. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. When we did drive, it was just a quick trip to downtown Pensacola. The condo was very comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the bay.

Great Condo!

Enjoyed the location and being able to walk from place to place. The view of the bay is beautiful, day and night! The only recommendation I have is to purchase a new mattress for the first bedroom. It seems a little worn.

Weekend Beach Trip

We have traveled to Pensacola many times. This property is next to many of the restaurants and activities like to go to. This is our second time in this building, first time in this unit. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. I would have liked a second couch over the chairs in the living room. The balcony was very large with nice views of the sound side of the water. We had a great time on our visit.
