Upon arrival, it took 30 minutes for me to check in because there was no confirmation shown upon arrival, but I had a confirmation number and also my credit card had been charged for the booking. So it took a while for them to find out what actually happened, which was none of my fault. When it was time for one of the guest to retire for bedThe Pull out Sofa’s bed was linen was filthy. We Tried several times to contact front desk to send us a housekeeper with clean sheets but never answered the phone. Also sliding door to patio entry was welded shut, and the only way to enter was through a bedroom, which happened to be my bedroom. Also, the lock handle fell off of the patio door, which was connected to my bedroom and the door will not stay closed. I woke up two times in the middle of the night sweating only to find that the door had blown open exposing my room to the outdoor patio in the middle of the night.. again I tried to contact the front desk but to no avail no one answered again. So I ended up getting a dining room chair and a plastic grocery bag to tie the door closed so that I can keep the air conditioning in the room and get a good night sleep. Between the guest needing to exit and enter through my room constantly to enjoy the patio I could not go to bed and relax as often as I wanted to, because it was their vacation also so I had to agree to let them come through my room to get to the patio. I did request a refund, but I was denied.
