Welcome to The Diving Dolphin, a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo located in Emerald Isle Condominium complex ~DIRECTLY on Pensacola Beach, FL! This condo is located on the 5th floor of the building and overlooks the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico/ America (whichever you prefer!)! While staying at The Diving Dolphin, you will notice all of the newly installed appliances and upgraded counter tops which, coupled with the stylish decor of the condo, help you feel like you are at a home away from home... if only home had this view!

In the master bedroom, there is a king bed, 2 night stands, television and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a kid favorite with bunk beds that comfortably sleep 6 (twin trundle and top bunk and double bed at bottom) and a television. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and balcony seating for everyone!

Additional Features:
~ The Guest Bathroom is located in the hallway which has a vanity sink with a shower/tub combo.
~ The Dining Room has excellent views of the water when you are enjoying a nice breakfast or dinner, seating for 8!
~ The Living Room offers seating for the family.
~ Complimentary beach chair set up from March - October (2 beach chairs and an umbrella)
~ Starter amenities provided, which include:

(1) Roll of paper towels
(4) Beach Towels

(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
(1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)

(1) dawn soap and sponge
Starter set of dishwasher soap
(4) Keurig coffee pods

This condo allows two parking spots per unit. You will be given information on how to register your vehicles in our welcome packet. The complex is gated with an open parking lot (no assigned parking).

You will receive a digital welcome packet via text message prior to your check-in which will have information about the condo, complex and area! Pensacola Beach has many restaurants and shops (within walking distance!) for your enjoyment. There are also many place to rent boats, book sunset cruises and many more!

ANIMAL POLICY: We regret to inform you that this unit is not animal-friendly.

Managed by Diving Pelican Realty and Rentals. We require an additional rental agreement to be signed at booking to ensure age requirements are met. Thank you for understanding!
