Salty Kisses on the Beach! 4th floor San Souci-across from Peg Leg Pete's!

Perfectly located directly on the sugary white sands of Pensacola Beach and directly across the street from Peg Leg Pete's. San Souci's Salty Kisses #403 is on the quiet side of Pensacola Beach where you can enjoy paradise without the crowds!

We purchased Salty Kisses in 2019 and have renovated the unit from top to bottom. The ceiling, floors and bathrooms have all been redone. Salty Kisses has been our home away from home. Not your typical beach rental! Our condo is 2 bedrooms 2 baths that can comfortably sleep up to 6 (or 8 with pull out sofa).

Great beach front condo with covered parking, a ground-level locker with beach chairs, toys and other items, and everything you could possibly want in the kitchen and condo. We enjoyed the quiet beach location, and the large pool and hot tub. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Beach Vacation

The property was as advertised. It had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. Great location very quiet. Peg Leg Pete's is across the street and so is a little market. The beach locker is a nice perk not all of the units have one. We drove down to Fort Pickens and caught the Blue Angels practice. It was a good trip.

Could not have had a better vacation! The owner communication was excellent. The home is so well equipped, nothing we needed that wasn't provided. Can't beat the views and the location was absolutely perfect!! Hated to leave but didn't want to put the owner thru the eviction process! LOL You will not regret booking this one - just DO IT!!

Relax and enjoy

Vacation with my mom, what an excellent condo. Salty kisses is the best condo I’ve stayed in at San Succi. All of the extras were covered. The only thing Cicci could do to make it better was to warn me how well prepared the unit was. I over packed all the things that other units didn’t provide. Thank you Cicci! What a lovely place you have. We can not wait to return. Having just returned home, I’m already looking to plan next year.

Salty Kisses is GREAT!

Clean and peaceful condo. Just the right size for our family of 4. Check in was a breeze and we couldn’t have asked for a better location, better accommodations or a better host. Everything was wonderful. We will be back!

Spectacular views and location

We visit Pensacola frequently. This was our first time staying at Salty Kisses. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Very clean condo. And the beds were so comfy. Our host, Cissi, was amazing. She was always available when we had any questions and she was so quick to respond. I could go on and on about this place. Highly recommend! We will without a doubt be back to Salty Kisses!

Beach Therapy

This place was amazing! We needed to get away after my wife’s father passed away and this was just the place we needed. Close to the beach and the condo was just as described. Cissi is wonderful to work with. She was easy to contact and communicate with. She is the best. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Just what we needed. Just needed longer at the condo. Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Many chairs/beach toys are provided which makes the experience that much better. Mere steps to the sand and dedicated parking close to the elevator. The property also has shopping carts/luggage carts available to use, which is fantastic. One item to note is that the beds are very firm. If you like a firm bed, you're all set!
