Our host was very kind and thoughtful getting back to us when we had any questions. The view was spectacular and the location was so close to the golf!There was not any shampoo or body wash which was unexpected but otherwise great!

My family had a wonderful fall break staying in this condo. We enjoyed the going to the pool every day and the short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the relaxing bay view with our morning cup of coffee. Lorraine was a great host and very quick to respond to any question we had. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Wonderful place to stay

The unit was very spacious. We traveled with 5 kids and had more than enough space. The queen bunk bed was excellent and loved by the kids. There was also plenty of additional space in the living room area. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was supplied with everything you'll need. And we loved the large patio space. Lorraine was great to work with, was very responsive, and helped us get an early check in when we arrived early (even though she also accommodated a late checkout requestthat same day-- which we appreciated!). We have stayed at Portofino in the past and love the resort, but this unit has been our favorite.

This was our fifth time to stay in Portofino. We love it so much, and this property was no different. If you are looking for sunset views, you have found your spot! There were small touches throughout the place including hand soap, laundry detergent, and coffee. The beds were so comfortable. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful condo, well equipped. The primary mattress and the main sofas in the living room were extremely comfortable. My kids said the bunk bed was too! Great chair and table set outside. Gorgeous view of the Santa Rosa Sound. We saw sailboats and yachts anchor throughout the trip in the distance. Felt very coastal. Elevators were always quick and the resort property is gorgeous. There is so much space in the condos, everyone had somewhere to sit and relax. We would definitely return! Excellent and kind communication from the Owner and easy process with the property management. Parking spot was designated and covered with a great view of the ocean. Not all the condos have a reserved spot, so definitely a big plus! The washer and dryer worked well and quickly. We did a grocery pickup and used the kitchen daily as well as ordered food and drinks from the resort. Our kids did the Kids Night/Kids Club and went to the waterpark on the property. Also recommend. Great vacation, great condo!!

Beautiful and well stocked!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6! It was clean with comfy beds, pillows, and blankets! It came stocked with hand soap, detergent, and all the kitchen supplies you could need! Very thoughtful host!

great place to stay

We stay at Portofino often and this place was perfect for myself and the teens and friends. Staying close to the bayside was very nice as they had all the sports activity and the beach was too windy for swimming. Great place to stay !
