  • Come enjoy a beautiful beach getaway with spectacular views and sunsets on Pensacola Beach.
    This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 6 comfortable. Enjoy quiet walks on the dock and romantic views of the bay.
    Just a walk away from restaurants, activities, and more!!!!!!
    Only building on site with an elevator to arrive to your private beach get away.
    Enjoy the pool, dock out to the Sound side of Pensacola Beach, and your own private beach.
    2 parking passes with designated covered parking spaces.

    Beach offers a free trolly to all the local hang outs and casino beach, if you do not feel like walking or driving.
    There are many restaurants to enjoy.... to many to name the all!!!!
    A few recommendations include

    The Grand Marlin
    Casino Beach Bar and Grill

    Minutes away from Fort Pickens.
    Fort Pickens is a historic United States military fort. It is named after American Revolutionary War hero Andrew Pickens. The fort was completed in 1834 and remained in use until 1947.
    A quick drive to see the famous blue angels at NAS Pensacola and enjoy the Pensacola Naval Museum










    Check in is 3pm and check out is 10 am. (We can be flexible when there is not a check and and out on the same day!!!! )


    The cleaning company will leave enough enough paper products to get you started but please bring any extra you may need.

    WiFi code provided at Check in

    There is a lock box located on the door Of the unit. The code will be provided on day of check in for door key. You put in the code and pull down on black lever and key will be inside. Please scramble the code after use and especially when key is inside the box to prevent someone unwanted from gaining access. Upon check out place key back in box after locking the door and scramble code.

    Please do not keep balcony, windows, or doors open while ac/heater on. We love to keep low prices for our amazing guests, but to do that we have to keep our cost down as well. Thank you so much for understanding.


    On day of check out please do the following :
    Load dirty dishes in dishwasher and press run (detergent provided under kitchen sink)
    Please strip beds and start washing machine with dirty sheets. (Detergent pod provided on top of the dryer) Place dirty towels in tub.
    Take out all trash to dumpster (including left over food)
    Thank you this helps keep our rental prices as low as possible and saves on the cleaning cost!!!

    If there is any confusion or anything you need is not there to complete the check out process please contact me. I want this process to be as simple and as smooth as possible for your stay.

Beach Condo

Good location, walk to bay or gulf within couple minutes. As we have had during stays at other places, would have been nice to have had beach towels and beach chairs.

Nice Condo!

We were very pleased with our 5 night winter trip. Condo was just as pictured - beach themed yet comfortable and homey. Kitchen was great with everything one could need to cook most things. It was so nice and quiet - away from the busy parts of the beach which was what we wanted. Thanks so much.

Mason’s beach time

The children enjoyed the pool more than the beach. The stay was pleasant. Everything was just as pictured. It wasn’t too expensive except for the insurance but then again I understood why it had to be done. I would definitely recommend it. I might stay here again in the future.

Girls Trip

Overall the property was very nice. The location was super convenient and the pictures are very accurate. The cleaning staff could take a little more effort to ensure cleanliness isn’t questionable, so many hair fibers on sheets. The unfortunate maintenance hicccup was the sink, garbage disposal was t working so sink drained extremely slow. Owner contacted plumber so I’m sure this won’t be an issue in the future.

Excellent choice!

Very pleased with our stay/experience. The property didn't disappoint. The location is perfect if you prefer to not be overrun with other travelers. There's a small convenient store about a half mile that will have almost anything you'd need including bacon and eggs. We hope to book it again in the fall. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions.

Perfect little beach getaway

We had everything we needed in this sweet condo with a short (2 min) walk across the street to the beautiful beach. Kyle was great about checking in when we arrived to make sure everything was OK. Definitely recommend!

Fabulous experience and condo

We had a great experience working with the owners to make sure our trip went as smoothly as possible. The location of the condo was great. We were able to walk across the road to reach the beach which was much more secluded than up by the pier. The complex has a pool which was clean and had plenty of chairs to lay out in. The back of the complex offered a bay where our kids could wade in the water and a pier that was perfect for an evening walk. The condo itself was beautifully decorated. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking breakfast and lunch. This was our first time actually staying in Pensacola Beach, but we are excited to plan our next weekend getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

We were so pleased with the rental of this property. My family of 5 was perfectly comfortable and the ease of access to the unit was ideal. No fighting for a spot in the parking garage of the larger condo properties. This unit has its own space just below the condo. The pool is clean and was never crowded, even during July 4th week. Thank you for an ideal stay. No complaints!

My family absolutely enjoyed the condo. It was beautiful, it was quiet quiet it was kid friendly it was everything that was stated to be and the pictures on the app were a very good representation of what was actually in the condo. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were warm and friendly. All around nice and genuine people. We would highly recommend this place for you and your family.
