Welcome to your peaceful beach escape, a spacious 2-bedroom condo directly on the Gulf with spectacular ocean views from 2 oversized balconies. Just steps from the beach, you will feel like you are in the sand dunes!

Perfect for couples seeking a getaway or families looking to create vacation memories, our condo is a comfortable “beach home away from home.”

Condo is fully stocked with everything you need to have a fabulous stay and includes beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kayak, paddle boards.

***** In summer, June - July, we try to stick to a Saturday to Saturday rental schedule. Please contact us for possible exceptions. (Longer stays are easier to accommodate.) Current Exceptions:
*Four Nights Thursday 6/25 - Monday 6/28
*Sunday July 5 - Sunday July 12

Our condo is in Starboard Village, a smaller complex directly on the beach. Condo is on the top two floors of the building, the 3rd and 4th floors. There is not an elevator in the building, but the Gulf views are worth the climb!

Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation. Maximum number of guests is six (exceptions can be made for babies and very young children if requested.) Please contact us if you have any questions. No pets allowed.

We had an enchanting vacation at this stunning property! First, and most importantly, all of the beds, including the sofa bed, were exceptionally comfortable. The location was utterly perfect. And the view was nothing short of gobsmacking. Everywhere we turned, there were thoughtful touches—from children’s books in the second bedroom to bikes and boogie boards in the garage. The host was accessible and friendly. We had absolutely everything we needed for a great break. We would go back again in a heartbeat!

This is an awesome place to stay! The condo is very spacious and comfortable and very well appointed, The location is quiet, yet convenient. Loved being able to park inside the garage too! Our host, Jill, is a very good communicator, kept us informed leading up to our trip, and checked on us during our stay to make sure we were ok! She also had available a book of very helpful information about the condo and local attractions and restaurants. Excellent host!

We loved our stay at this Starboard Village Condo! It was spacious and comfortable for four adults and a baby. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the extras, we had our own BBQ, plus beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes available for use. The two decks overlooking the beach were our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the magnificent views of the Gulf. The location was perfect—just steps from the sand!Jill, the owner, was so attentive and always quick to respond. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!

Another great stay at Starboard Village...number 4 to be exact and number 2 with the Bartlings! The communication with owners could not have been better! Wonderful sunrises from the balconies and location of condo is quiet and safe! The condo has all the chairs and beach supplies you could possibly need for days on the beautiful white sandy beach! It was a well-equipped and very clean unit with an upper and lower level. It had everything that was listed from beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and bikes to a Kitchen with all of the cooking needs. The views of the gulf from the living area (lower level) and master bedroom (upper level) were breathtaking and the unit was steps from the beach. It even came with a garage which was an added bonus. No hot car to get into when leaving. The Host was very easy to work with and the communication was the best. Hope to return again!

The condo was nice with a short walk to the beach. They had beach chairs and umbrella’s for you to use on the beach. They had a garage to park your vehicle on! Jill was very nice and helpful and quick to respond!

Wonderful! Condo fully equipped with kitchen appliances, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper and all the beach toys and chairs you could need. All in good condition. Condo was clean and location is ideal. Having your own parking garage is great bc you don’t have to carry all of your beach stuff to the condo and track sand in. Weather showed alot of rain however turned out to be beautiful everyday. Thank you Jill and Brad.

The visit was amazing. This is first time using VRBO and was surprisingly easy. The condo was great. Certainly unexpected was the condo was 2 story. Bedrooms were upstairs and kitchen, livingroom were downstairs. We LOVED it. Those who wanted to sleep could retreat to a quieter space. Very clean, orderly and many of supplies were onsite. Incredible!

First off, the hosts are wonderful. Communication was seamless, and they were so accommodating. One of the beach umbrellas was destroyed by wind during a beach day, and Jill sent new ones over the next morning. The location was superb. Right on the gulf with beautiful views, or a short drive to the sound. Peg Leg Pete’s is super close which was a huge draw for us, and right up the road from Fort Pickens (we visited multiple times during our stay). Every amenity was supplied, from beach chairs and sand toys, to coffee and creamer. I could go on and on!!

Repeat visit

We made a return visit this year having had nothing but the BEST of a week long stay last year. Nothing beats being directly on the beach and your own garage when in Florida !! We have only a five star report for each stay and I’m certain that won’t change going forward given the obvious attention this condo receives by the owners. You can’t do better in my opinion.
