This condo has been completely renovated and is ready for your stay. FREE WiFi capable of supporting multiple simultaneous streaming devices is available throughout the condo.

The kitchen overlooks the family room, the south balcony, and the Gulf of Mexico. It has beautiful upgraded granite countertops and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach.

Containing two master suites each with a king bed, one queen suite, and a full bed suite this condo provides sleeping arrangements for 8 people:

- South master suite has a king bed, direct balcony access, and direct views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the beach and pool areas. The opulent south master bath features an oversized glass shower, jetted tub, and dual vanities. Granite and tile throughout.

- North master suite has a king bed, private bath, and a private balcony that overlooks Pensacola Bay, Quiet Water harbor area, and the intercostal waterway.

- East bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and spectacular views to the west of the island.

- West bedroom has a full bed and a private bath as well.

Everything was wonderful. Spotless, comfortable. Managed very well. Beautiful spot. I left some money by mistake in my top drawer. I’ve contacted the host about it and hopes that the Cleaning team turned it in. That’s my fault but just hoping for the best. Condo beautifully located great beach nice pool. The only thing I would ask and it’s very minor not a complaint is since the pots were not stick free. They need to include a Brillo pad along with the other supplies they provided. We happen to do a bit more cooking than even we expected. Thanks again for a lovely vacation and will certainly recommend this condo to friends.

Beach cheer trip

I stay was wonderful. A few furniture pieces and outdoor furniture need to be replaced but overall the listing was accurate and the unit is very well stocked with everything you may need. The property management was wonderful and the gym and indoor pool was great!

College Reunion

Loved 4/4 with perfect setup, large balcony with comfortable and practical outdoor furniture, gated access, gulf side with a view, local FRESH SEAFOOD restaurants, access to/from I10 and 110, friendly guests, beach chairs/umbrellas personnel, Blue Angels practice, Dolphin cruises, and EVERYONE in Management. We were 4 college ladies from the 1960s and felt safe at all times. Thank you for helping make our reunion a most memorable one.

Reunion girls trip…Take 2

Old college friends getting together for rest and relaxation. This unit was not as nice as our first trip. Bedroom blind needed fixing, bathroom fan comes on with the light (loud fan, dim light), lots of spot cleaning on furniture, and old bed linens. Great secure location and view. Easy beach access! We voiced our concerns to management, no way of knowing if they will act on our issues.

Pensacola vs Destin

Enjoyed much more than anticipated. We've always stayed beachside in Destin so this was our 1st stay in Pensacola. Loved this city! The water and sand were just as gorgeous and breathtaking as Destin but SO much less traffic; seriously almost none and we stayed during high season. Loved that we stayed beachside and could sit on the front balcony and listen to live music from one of the open air bars across the street on bay side. Lots of places that had live music at night also allowed our little ones. Also all of these open air venues are on the bay, had play areas and beautiful sunset views. Will definitely be returning!
