Welcome to this newly remodeled 3-bedroom home in the heart of the Wine Country, where relaxation and comfort meet in perfect harmony. As you drive up the hill leaving the city and traffic behind, you will have views of vineyards, horses and sheep leading to a home with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the valley below.

The open-concept living room features a cozy fireplace and plenty of seating for relaxation or watching a movie on the 65" TV. Cook meals in the newly renovated kitchen, equipped with a Wolf range, Fisher and Paykel double-oven and all the essentials for preparing your favorite dishes. Enjoy meals with friends and family around a dining table that comfortably seats eight, while watching the sun set behind the majestic oak trees.

This home boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two and a half baths, a workout room with a Peloton, and a bonus room below with a day bed ensuring ample space for eight guests. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, plush linens, and ample storage for your belongings, and the two bathrooms have been newly remodeled. Tucked away just past the kitchen is another small sleeping area or reading nook with a twin bed.

Step outside to discover your very own 45-foot-long salt water pool with overside hot tub. Surrounded by a spacious patio, the pool area provides a refreshing escape on warm days. Lounge on the sunbeds, take a refreshing dip, or fire up the barbecue grill for a poolside cookout.

Penngrove is ideally situated to explore the best of Sonoma County. You'll be able to visit world-class wineries, picturesque hiking trails, and charming towns all within 30 minutes. Whether you're a wine enthusiast, outdoor adventurer, or simply looking for a peaceful escape, this home is the perfect base for your wine country adventures.

We loved our stay at Eagle Ridge! It was the perfect place for a family gathering. Lots of space and beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy the gorgeous views. We really appreciated the coffee and snacks that were waiting for us on our arrival. The house is very well stocked for preparing and serving meals. The hosts are easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Best of all, it was so great that my daughter could bring her dog so that she could stay longer visiting us! We would definitely love to come back!

We had an amazing stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool was a great bonus and made our trip even more enjoyable. The only small downside was that we could have used a few more towels, but overall it was a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was plenty of space for our group of five and extremely peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely return. The hosts are very responsive should you need anything at all. It is slightly tucked away and could be difficult to get a ride share if you need one, but that is a small price to pay for the beautiful view.

This property is lovely! Very peaceful and relaxing. The pool and views are awesome That being said… my reason for 4 stars is the lack of hand rails in the staircases into garbage entrance house and for going downstairs. Very difficult for older people and small children let alone the liability hazard! Would never pass code. Hopefully the owners will resolve soon as it a special place and should be safe!!!

Beatiful home in a magical location!

We spent Thankgiving at this home and had such an incredible time! The house was beatiful, large, well set up, very well kept, and had everything we needed and could have wanted! The location was truly magical - gorgeous view at the top of a mountain. The sunrises and sunsets were glorious, especially from the large hot tub! The management company was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Check in, check out, and all house rules were straightforward and easy. I would highly recommend this rental and we'll probably go back ourselves!
