House of Vines is the perfect destination for those looking to experience the Finger Lakes region! Located in the heart of Penn Yan, this two story colonial home is elegantly furnished with guests' comfort in mind.

The main entry is just off the parking area, and enters into a spacious foyer with hardwood floors and a bright decor. A full bathroom with a shower is right at the end of the hallway, and an enclosed sun porch in the rear facing the parking lot. To the right of the foyer is a huge great room, with a new L shaped kitchen, bar seating for 3, a dining table that seats 6 comfortably, and a living area with sofas and a flat screen TV. To the north of the family room is a large bedroom with a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The stairs to the second floor lead up to the main landing. Three bedrooms, two with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a full bathroom with a shower complete the second floor.

Outside is a small patio, with outdoor dining set and umbrella for shade during the warmer months, and a propane BBQ grill. As the House of Vines is located right in the center of Penn Yan, guests will enjoy walking or a short drive to popular restaurants, bars, and shopping. The Outlet Trail just across the street has a paved walking path for biking, walking, or running. The municipal boat launch is located less than 1/2 a mile away, and leads right into Keuka Lake, so those with kayaks or canoes can launch easily and spend a day discovering the joys of Keuka Lake. For wine or craft beer lovers, the Keuka and Seneca Lake Wine Trails, and several breweries are just a short car ride away. Don't forget to walk over and visit the Water Street Wine Bar, which is just across the outlet and features an excellent selections of wines and complimentary hors d'oeuvres!
