"When we checked in it was already 10 pm. We walked into our room that was 77 degrees. We thought we had it set to cool, however after 45 minutes it was up to 79 degrees. We called the front desk and they initially made us seem like idiots that didn’t know how to use the control panel. Eventually someone came down to look at it and told us that it was certainly broken but they needed to go see what they could do about it. He came back and told us we could stay in the sweltering room until 8 am...

The pool is a bit tiny for a hotel of its size but that’s literally the only complaint u could have about this property. We will definitely be back again next year for the tournament. "
