"While the communal spaces and lobby are clean, grand and well maintained. The room was shabby with marks on the mirror, broken tiles in the bath room and burn marks from an iron on the desk. The bed was conformable and clean. The breakfast buffet was woeful."

"I reserved & prepaid for a seaside Executive Suite but was allotted a roadside basic room with no compensation for the disparity in price. Staff was cold and unsympathetic to my request for an explanation. I feel cheated."
