"Food is excellent and beds are very comfy. It's old-fashioned in that it's a conversion of an older building, so windows are single-glazed and the doors open with actual keys. But the rooms have everything you'd expect from a professionally run establishment. "Simple self check in into a narrow hall way leading up some stairs to get to the rooms. This area was will lit and secure. The room itself was well equipped with fridge/freezer microwave kettle etc and fresh milk and bottled water was left in the fridge. Two wall mounted TV's with working remotes and cutlery and pots etc all available. Comfy bed with towels provided for the lovely bathroom with walk in shower. All in all everything you need for a short stay away."

The owner was available and helpful, willing to answer questions and provide local advice and was keen to make sure our stay was as good as possible.
