Vila Prazeres - A family vacation awaits you.

You will find a country house that was built in the '80s in the countryside of Penalva Do Castelo, Belonging to Viseu. The house has been recently renovated 2021/22 (Floors, Bads, Interior, Furnishings and a new Pool and Garden, Full kitchen, badrooms were created.)

You will be able to enjoy a great atmosphere and piece of mind.

Please be aware that our home is far from any major city:

(Viseu 35 minutes, Guarda 35 minutes)

However, there are great spots to visit if you like the countryside.
The space
We do have beds for 5 Couples and 2 Children giving the total of 12 Guests.
However, we do have an air mattress that can be used for accommodating more guests, the home allows a total of 18 people to be accommodated, we can fit up to 12 adults and 2 children, but if the additional guests are willing to sleep on the two couches we have, you might bring more people, but this is subject to request only.

Please be advised, that we cover 20 euros a night per additional guest than the usual 10+2, due to cleaning, preparations, and electricity - maintenance costs.


You will find calmness, quietness but also a lot to discover all around the house. There are a lot of trails just around the corner one of the most important ones is:

Everything within the premises is totally accessible by the guests.
