Hotel excellen, original et très bien situé à proximité du quartier Poblenou.

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

I recently stayed at a small hotel in Málaga and overall had a mixed experience. The apartment itself was beautiful - tastefully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. It felt welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the staff were consistently kind, attentive, and eager to help. Their friendliness made a strong positive impression and added warmth to the stay. That said, there were several drawbacks that significantly affected my experience. The most pressing issue was noise. The windows offered almost no isolation, and because the hotel is located in a busy traffic area, the sound of cars, scooters, and people downstairs carried directly into the apartment. Sleeping was difficult, especially at night when traffic continued late and in the early morning when the city woke up. For travelers seeking rest, this is a serious concern. Another inconvenience was the check‑in policy. Check‑in is not available until 4:00 PM, which is unusually late compared to most hotels. This would be manageable if luggage storage were offered, but unfortunately, the hotel does not have the facilities to hold bags either before check‑in or after check‑out. Guests are instead directed to rent lockers nearby, which cost EUR 15 per suitcase. For a family traveling with multiple bags, this quickly becomes expensive and frustrating. It felt like an unnecessary burden, especially since luggage storage is a basic service many hotels provide.
