"Lovely spacious house with great amenities. Nice outdoor area and parking right at the door. Top location for 5 min walk to restaurants or stores but quiet for a sleep in. 30min walk or short drive and park at railway station for train to many places. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs with main bathroom downstairs. Ensuite shower is good. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to others. "

"Beautiful setting in rural France. Close to many small towns with restaurants and groceries. The house has everything you need. Beautiful pool area although it was too cool for us to use. Lovely gifts of honey and wine upon arrival. Jean is a beekeeper!"

"Wonderful place to stay with family.The pool and huge garden were great for the kids (well, for everyone really!).Lovely outdoor spaces and a great barbecue.Kitchen and dining area are large and very well equipped.Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with nice towels and linens provided.Lounge area was large and comfortable - but all of the outdoor space is so lovely we hardly spent any time inside.Tracy is a great host - very helpful and easy to communicate with.Recommend Le Peyrat...

"The house has a light, spacious design and decor, making it easy to live in. We appreciated the outdoor eating area, especially the useful awning to protect against midday sun. The pool was a good size, with the robot cleaner working well, and there was comfortable poolside lounging seating. The house was overall well-equipped although some areas may soon need a refresh e.g. the kitchen units and the showers. The location is an asset. "This is a superb Gite which provided all the essentials to relax and enjoy our visit; including an extensive arrivals package. Both the Gite and garden are beautiful.
