Welcome to Casa Marmotta, our cozy apartment in Peio Fonti. A perfect place for holidays with family or friends, in summer and winter. We are 100 mt. far from the ski lifts and close to the famous Terme of Peio. Perfect for 4 adults, Casa Marmotta is ready to host babies thanks to its camping cot, baby chair, and bathtub. Casa Marmotta will welcome you with its warm atmosphere!

Casa Marmotta is a first-floor apartment. You’ll find a huge living room with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The toilet is close to the bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second one with a bunk bed. You can relax while staying on the balcony, having tea. You can leave your car in the free flat’s parking. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Guests could also access the ski and boot storage room, located at the entrance of the building. Free access to the Wi-Fi network. Thanks to the smart TV, you can log in to your streaming services.

You find us on Google Maps :) We are located at 39 Via del Fontanino in Peio Fonti (flat named I Pini). The access to the flat parking is directly from the provincial road. Please note that the parking spaces are not assigned, so we ask you to park your car thoughtfully so that everyone can find space for their vehicle. At the building’s entrance door, you’ll find a small safety box containing the keys to enter the building: Casa Marmotta is on the first floor, and the entrance door is recognizable by the charming sign dedicated to our favorite animal.

Located at the foot of the Stelvio National Park, Val di Peio is a small valley connected to the larger Val di Sole, not far from the Passo del Tonale and Lombardy.
