    Villa Queens Paradise 1 is a villa with a private pool and large
    terrace, that is set on two floors. The main entrance to the villa is
    at road-level. Inside the villa is a living room with dining area and
    kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one double bedroom with en suite
    bathroom, two twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one family
    bathroom.

    The living room is air-conditioned and has a Satellite TV, dining area,
    comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi.

    Kitchen
    The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
    washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
    oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT
    If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
    years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
    required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
    Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
    inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
    or additional cleaning required.

Great villa, great location.

The villa has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was so nice to cool off in after being out in the sun and there's a great variety of cafés and restaurants a short walk or drive away.

Excellent villa and location!

The perfect location to explore the local area. Car not needed, but good to explore further afield. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars in walking distance. Coral bay beach is lovely. The pool and villa were excellent and manager was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Great place

This place was great! The host was very responsive and accommodating. Great location, close to bars, restaurants, and beaches. The outdoor area is great! The only thing to know is the villa does not provide basic necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap (hand, dish or body), extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Overall though, a great a experience!

This was the best holiday I have ever had. The villa was perfect. The property manager came to see us on the first morning which was a nice touch. There was plenty of kitchenware, the beds were comfortable and in fact the entire villa was well equipped. The pool was spotlessly clean and maintained during the week. The location is fantastic. So close to shops and bars. The bus into Paphos runs every 10 minutes. Fantastic stay!

The property was on a great location, however it was very disappointing as it was very outdated rather dirty inside, dirty dishes, dirty kettle dirty washing machine, dirty swimming pool. Additionally had to pay for lounge Ac that was necessary when weather was 30oC. Broken dangerous floor tiles in main bedroom. Owners representative was very friendly and willing to help however Villa should have been prepared ready for our stay prior to our arrival. Overall very disappointed in the conditions of the villa especially after paying so much money. Would not return to this particular property unless major repairs were undertaken, overall very disappointed in this villa for the money paid.

My family of 6 enjoyed every moment of our holiday. The villa is in an excellent location, just minutes from everything you need. The inside and outside space is generous and the pool is a good size. The villa is showing some slight signs of age and wear but everything was fixed and dealt with immediately by the fantastic local maintenance guy (Tasos). I really can’t recommend this villa highly enough! Thank you so much for creating amazing family memories.

The villa is lovely; its spotless, cozy, and roomy, with everything youll need for a pleasant vacation. The sunset and scenery are breathtaking. The pool is the ideal size for relaxing and tanning in sun. The villa was completely safe and the outside dining area was great for al fresco dining. The Villa was just what we wanted it met all our expectations. It was absolutely brilliant. Very accurate the photos dont do it justice it is an amazing villa and the grounds are beautiful. We couldnt have asked for a higher level of service. From the booking through the end of our vacation, everything went flawlessly. I would highly recommend this property, and I would most certainly return again.

With only a scenic 18 mins drive from the Paphos, it was a memorable stay for us all. Great paradise. The beach is only 10 min walk. The views from the upstairs balconies were amazing, a great place to enjoy a coffee or a beer. The inside of the villa felt like a true beach villa. Recommend to stay there.
