This fabulous 2 bedroom townhouse is in the heart of tourist area of Coral Bay. Complete with new kitchen , bathroom and outside area. Situated just 200m from the clear blue Mediterranean sea. A couple of minutes on foot to all the bars and restaurants on the main strip so genuinely no car needed Outstanding sea views with views of the mature landscaped gardens and has a beautiful communal Swimming Pool, Tennis Court. private enclosed garden with sun loungers, plus table and chairs and barbecue.

Its located in the prime tourist area of Coral Bay, just a few hundred metres from main tourist restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and night clubs.

The blue flag sandy beaches of Coral Bay are just a short walk away offering all water sports .

It benefits from Wifi Internet, UK TV Channels, Movies and TV Series on Demand for you to enjoy on the 48" Flat Screen TV.

Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district and has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The centre of the resort features a wide selection of restaurants offering both Cypriot and International Cuisines, cafes, bars, shops, a choice of supermarkets, several banks, a chemist and a laundry. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the closest one to the apartment being Corallia Bay, the quieter of the two. The popular and busy Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, water sports are on offer and there are two beach cafes providing refreshments. You can enjoy water sports here. Untouched nature and clean beaches, orchards and banana plantations, fruit gardens surround this area of Paphos. Protected zone of Akamas National Park only 5 km from the apartment. Popular zoo with birds park located in a few kilometers from the apartment. All kinds of infrastructure, such as a supermarket, mini markets, various shops, bars, restaurants, bank, bus stop, children's play center are within walking distance from the townhouse.

When reviewers put 10/10 you tend to sometimes think “Oh yeah”… but in all honestly this place was 10/10 for us. Amazing location just 5 minute walk from the main strip… but quiet. The pool was lovely and never too busy. The house was perfect and very comfortable.If I had to pick a negative it was the lack of shade by the pool but still not a major problem so am sticking with a 10/10 rating.I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Town house close to it all !

Lovely town house we liked it as in walking distance to beach and restaurants and a car space for our hired car which we recommend if you want to see this beautiful island and visit the many restaurants out of coral bay too.

Lovely relaxing holiday

This property is in the perfect location. Very quiet at night, but 5 minutes walk from a huge selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Beach is about a 15 minute walk or you can easily jump on the bus. Great pool, good size and mostly not very busy, even in August. The property was like a home from home and had everything you could possibly need and more!

Amazing town house in Coral Bay

Lisa and Felix have provided excellent accommodation, well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. They even provided a folder with a guide to the area, discounted bars, restaurants and a list of places worth visiting. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Superb small townhouse

The house is situated in a nice little development within easy walking distance of beach, shops and many restaurants. The frequent bus service from the strip into Pafos meant that no car hire was needed. Lisa and Felix have thought of everything. Taxi was booked both ways; the key safe was easy to operate and meant that we did not have to worry about losing a key at the beach and the welcome pack was the best we have ever received. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. The safe in the bedroom was an unexpected bonus. The lower sitting room was a cool peaceful relaxing area. Lovely sunny outdoor spaces too.

Fantastic town house apartment

10 nights as a family of 4, we had a fantastic time at the accomodation which has a really clean and quiet community pool. Location is great a 5 min walk from the main strip and 10-15mins to coral bay beach. Would definitely return thank you to Lisa and Felix.

Needed holiday

We have stayed at this property fours ago so knew the location and accomdation were outstanding. Lisa has made some changes since our last visit which have made the holiday even better. It was a lovely surprise to find a welcome pack in the fridge. We will be returning in the future thanks Lisa

Lovely townhouse in a great location with all the home comforts you will need For a relaxing stay in Coral Bay . Great private private sun terrace and stunning view of the sea and Paphos coastline . Nice pool to cool off in a 30 second stroll away or enjoy Coral bay beach which is a 10 walk and the strip with a good choice of restaurants is only a 5 minute slow walk away . Great to have access Wi-Fi and TV but let’s face it it’s all about the sun and relaxing with great food and the friendly Cypriot people . All in all would deffo recommend

Coral Bay village town house

The house was in a great location for the beach and bars/restaurants and also for access to other nearby towns and villages. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed including a welcome pack for our arrival. The view from the 1st floor balcony was brilliant. Only one small gripe, and that is the onsite bar/restaurant is no longer open and appears to have been closed for sometime, other than that we had a fantastic 2 weeks. Bernie and Val.

Fantastic

Easy process to rent the townhouse location fantastic no car required. So quiet. Wonderful sea and sunset view from the balcony. The welcome pack was the best we have ever received and the townhouse has absolutely everything you need for any length of stay. Lisa booked the taxi transfer back to the airport also super easy. Clean, comfortable and a super location loved our time here hopefully be back again 🤞🤞

Well managed & equipped townhouse close to Coral Bay.

This is an excellent property that is well managed & equipped with a great location within 500M from Coral Bay bars & restaurants. We went is August and the complex was quiet & very relaxing but within walking distance of all you need. We didn't even hire a car which was a first for many years as the local supermarket was 15 min walk & many excursions picked us up at the Ascos hotel which is adjacent to the property. It is always difficult to get that balance between being near to all the amenities but also having a healthy distance buffer for peace & quiet but this property struck that balance perfectly for us. We never needed to contact the lady that managed the property whilst on holiday because everything was sorted. It is also good value for money. We get more than we expected. Well done to the manager + owner. That is how it should be done.

Good Rental with the odd improvement required.

Good communication with hosts. Welcome pack excellent. Good quiet location. Three storey house was overall clean and well equipped but feel that the bathroom/shower needed improvement and kitchen cupboard under sink had a smell. Description states view of swimming pool but this is incorrect as the pool is accessed between the next row of buildings. The pool area was sparse with no loungers etc. Decent accomodation overall.

Gastvrij, goede communicatie, van alles voorzien,; well equiped and pleasant contact

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in de villa, welke heel goed voorzien was met van alles. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon! Ligging erg private, maar van de andere kant dichtbij het dorp met alle voorzieningen. Goed en snel contact met Lisa, die ons geholpen heeft met oa het huren van een auto en ander advies. Bij aankomst een welkoms pakket, wat heel fijn was omdat we pas laat in de avond arriveerden. Jammer dat je niet bij het strand dichtbij het huis kon komen, maar andere stranden waren toch binnen bereik. Wij vinden St Georgios Harbour ook erg fijn, maar daarvoor is wel een auto nodig. Ik kan van harte dit verblijf aanraden! We have had a wonderful time in The townhouse, which was well equiped with everything. Personal touch, and a welcome package, which was handy as we came in late. Good contact with Lisa, who gave Lots of advice on restaurants and other activities. Unfortunately de beach in front of the village is not accessible. But the other beaches are easy accessible. We enjoyed also St George’ Harbour and the agios georgios restaurant! The location is good, quiet and an amazing view. While coral bay village is near, with restaurants and bars. We absolutely recommend this place. Thank you

Perfect location

The townhouse was in a nice quiet area with lovely views of the sea and surrounding area. Very close to all the bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The townhouse was superbly equipped with everything one could possibly need. The welcome pack was much appreciated and we would recommend this property to any and all. We will hopefully return in the near future. once again thanks for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Great location and lovely property

Just the 2 of us and the townhouse was lovely. Plenty of space and a wonderful welcome pack on our arrival. Good notes provided for guests on restaurants (some discounted), where to go, how things work in the property etc. short walk to pool, seafront, shops, numerous places to eat out. Tolles Appartement

Das Appartement war noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Den unteren Bereich mit der Terrasse haben wir gar nicht genutzt, denn der Balkon mit der herrlichen Aussicht auf die Bucht ist sehr geräumig und von dem Wohnzimmer aus erreichbar. Sehr gepflegte ruhige Anlage, uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Auch wir haben uns sehr über das Begrüßungspaket gefreut, sodass wir zum Frühstück gar nicht einkaufen mussten, vielen Dank Lisa, eine tolle Geste.

Beautiful Townhouse fabulous location in Coral Bay near shops/restaurants but a lovely quiet spot

We arrived late evening to a lovely welcome pack of bread, milk, ham, cheese, jam, butter and bottles of water, tea and coffee, which was a lovely surprise. The townhouse has beautiful views front and back and is close to swimming pool. Everything was there that we needed and more. Perfect for our family and we had the best holiday ever! It was lovely to have a balcony and a lower garden terrace with lots of space for sunbathing and relaxing. We have already booked to come back next year! Lisa was so helpful and answered anything I wanted to know especially with the covid tests we all had to have before we flew. Our whole holiday was amazing beginning to end. Thankyou Lisa

Lovely house, great location.

Great location. Everything in the house you need. We had a couple of initial problems that were sorted very promptly by Felix. After a few days for whatever reason the WiFi was not very good at all which was more of an issue for teenage daughter!! Overall great place and great holiday.
