This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is in the perfect spot for a relaxing break in the Cypriot sunshine.

The open plan lounge/diner is tastefully decorated and real home from home. There is a kitchen fully equipped with all you need. The patio doors to the terrace and outdoor dining area, BBQ, sun loungers and a hot tub! A glass of fizz in the hot tub after a busy day out exploring? Yes please!

The surroundings are well maintained, clean and beautifully landscaped with trees for shade. The perfect spot to gather, sunbathe and unwind.

Sitting on the balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool while watching the sun set over the sea, this is what holidays are all about.

There is a double and twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and air con units. Super-fast WI-FI and a large Smart TV are also included.

This cosy apartment is ideally situated in lower Peyia, close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars with Coral Bay only a 5-minute drive away.

Everything was great. Only one comment: Upon arrival, it was 35 degrees Celsius in the apartment, which was difficult to cool down to a livable temperature by seriously pressing the 2-hour off timer.

Had a fantastic time in Cyprus. The apartment was just as it said it was. My only problem and its not a massive problem and its been the same every time we have been to Cyprus. Is the AC goes off after 2 hours. Not easy to sleep and i do understand why, but don't make it any better for me.

Comfortable stay

Great apartment in the Peyia area of Cyprus. Lovely view from patio, and hot tub great addition and well maintained. A bit hard to find using the map link as it takes you to a different street, but did find it eventually. Location good for those who like a quiet, out of the way place but a car is a must. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect

This is not our first time to Cyprus it's our 12th, but it is our first time not staying in a hotel. How was it? As the title says 'perfect'. There's a lot to be said for coming out of season, no crowds and peaceful added to a great apartment with a terrific host. The balcony and sea view are to die for, 9 days of wonderful sunsets. Our first time in an apartment away from the UK, would we do it again absolutely there's more freedom than a hotel. Eat & drink what you want, when you want and how you want. We would stay here again possibly even buy a property just like this for holidays, Thank you Diarmid

What a gem!

Lovely property, clean and well equipped, fabulous views. It’s located in a quiet residential area in peyia, a 6 minute drive to coral bay beach and local amenities, a car is definitely needed to get about. It has a lovely communal pool, if your after a quiet restful holiday this is a great property to book

Family Trip

We know Peyia well and know roughly where the place was. However, with the roads being closed and our arrival being late at night, made it was initially difficult to find the property. Once we did, we found the complex to be not so nice from the car park side, but once in, you find a lovely, well decorated and furnished apartment. By far the selling point is the balcony and view. The hot tub was a big hit with the family and laying in it during the day was nice and relaxing. Even better at night with the stars out. You can easily find the property during the day and the directions provided were ideal. It is located in the bottom half of Peyia, but is perfectly located for all amenities. 40 mins to the airport, 30mins to Paphos, 20 mins to Agios Georgios and 10 mins to Coral Bay. Phillipo's, the local supermarket near Coral Bay, is only 7 mins away and holds everything you need. The apartment is really well laid out, the bedrooms are lovely and spacious and the furniture is clean and comfortable. You have everything you need to make it a lovely stay and the TV has every channel to appeal to all ages. Would I stay here again, yes! It was nice, spacious but compact, and the balcony with the sun all day long made the stay well worth it. We would and have already recommended it to friends.

Tolles Apartment

Vielen Dank an den Vermieter für die Gaben im Kühlschrank zu Beginn. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Herrlicher Meerblick und dazu der Hottub ist traumhaft. Alles perfekt, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad. Leider war das Doppelbett nicht besonders breit. Das hätte ich mir breiter gewünscht.

Winter break

This is our second stay at one of Diairmid's properties in Peiya. The property is well appointed, clean, and well furnished (as we knew it would be). However the outstanding feature of the property is the balcony which has a view of the sea and sun (and shade if you need it) all day, I wish we could have taken it home with us!

Amazing apartment with stunning views

we had the most amazing stay at peiya Fontana apartment ❤️ the apartment was very clean, well equipped and the location fantastic! Aimee the contact was so lovely and was extremely quick at responding to our questions, she’s just amazing and we’re very grateful to her for helping us. 🙏 We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone, the views from the balcony were out of this world and to add we had a hot tub on the balcony!!!! This is not on the listing for the apartment so was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend peiya Fontana, we didn’t want to leave. book it you really won’t be disappointed! Happy holidays 😀

Wonderful

Great apartment with everything you need. Lovely to find a few essentials had been provided when we arrived, Thanks Aimee. Had a bit of an issue getting to the apartment following the directions but that’s because they a doing lots of building in the town centre so diversions are in place. Managed to work out a route via the back road which was actually a lot easier. Also no chopping board in the kitchen, but we bought one and left it so should be there for future guests. Biggest surprise was the Hot Tub which although advertised was not included in the pictures so we were unsure as to whether it was exclusively for us but there it is, on the balcony. Altogether we lived our first visit to Cyprus and will definitely be returning

Our Honeymoon Heaven

Wow what an amazing apartment, we were blown away with everything, the welcome pack, decor, pool, cleanliness and ease of early check in. Aimee was our contact and was so helpful and professional with any query we had. We only had 3 days here and wish we could have had longer but will return next year for our anniversary. It’s in a lovely peaceful area with sea views but you do need a car or taxis to get about which we had worked out before we got there and wasn’t an issue. This was a beautiful place to stay after our Cyprus wedding and will stay in our memory for a very long time.

Fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful month! The accommodation was exactly as expected, it is as shown in all the photographs. We were very lucky with the weather and made good use of the comfortable loungers on the balcony. I would advise having a car as the area is quite hilly. We watched skiing in Troodos one morning and then sunbathed in the afternoon. Beautiful scenery to be seen, particularly in the mountains. We would certainly recommend, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Diarmid, we hope to be back.
