Spend your days in this lovely and spacious 3 BR villa located in a quiet area of Peyia. The detached villa is cosy, friendly, and overall highly operational. This unique property is perfect for getting together with friends and family. If you are seeking quiet and relaxation that then this is the perfect place to be!
On the ground floor you will find a spacious open plan living area with 2 dining tables, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas, and a Flat-screen TV creating the perfect conditions for time spending with the whole family! Both tables, one in the kitchen area and one in the living room, can fit up to 6 people each and they are waiting for you to fill them up with hot or cold dishes (depending on your taste) and enjoy family and friendship moments with your loved one’s! We consider the Kitchen as the place where magic happens and for that reason we have really taken care of you and made sure that you will find everything that you will need to prepare nearly any dish that you desire. You will find a full-size stove, an oven, a refrigerator, cookware, tableware, cooking utensils and a washing machine so that you can wash your clothes during a long booking.
On the top floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a double bed. In the other 2 bedrooms you will find one double bed and 2 single beds. All rooms in the villa have large wardrobes where you can store your belongings, they showcase large windows with mesmerizing views and are equipped with split unit air conditions.
Stepping outside you will come upon the large covered veranda overlooking the pool area where you can find enough sun lounges for the whole group. The garden is neatly taken care of and this creates the optimum conditions for you to relax and relieve from the stress of daily life.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.
• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.
• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment.
FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.
