"We were really impressed with the cottage. Upon arrival the exterior was somewhat deceiving but once you step inside all doubts are gone. The cottage is so much more than we anticipated including all of the amenities. Honestly there is so much to do at this property that you really have no need to leave. We were celebrating a birthday party for a small group of teenagers and they fell in love with the place. They thought they were dreaming…The cottage, backyard and recreation room were clean and...

"Perfect spot on lake simcoe! Water was amazing temp and the view from the patio was impeccable. House was very clean. Lots of space in the house to sleep, great kitchen size. The fire pit area was a bit hard to access/use. Communication with Byron was always easy and quick! "

"Great condition and very nice setup for a basement. I would, however, mention that several of the plugs in the kitchen do not have power. Additionally, the cell connection in the basement is inconsistent, and the closer you are to the kitchen, the weaker the connection becomes. The lights at the side of the property are currently solar powered and therefore are hit or miss whether they will be working in the evening. It was a nice place to stay overall."
