Located in the Montgo National Park, Casa Solanilla is in the heart of many beautiful walking routes, cycle paths or, if you feel like cooling off under the generous sun of our beautiful region, you can take a dip in the swimming pool just a few meters from the property. The pool is open from 9am to 10pm and is surrounded by lush green lawns that enjoy the sun all day long – perfect for relaxing and recharging your tan!

House on 2 levels with on the first floor, an entrance, a toilet, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a Nespresso, a bright open plan living room with 43 inch Qled HD smart TV and 1 spacious dining room opening onto the private garden with living room. garden and sofa, armchairs to relax in complete privacy.

The 3 bedrooms are upstairs for more tranquility with the bathroom and toilet.

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers a beautiful terrace with sea view, you can enjoy breakfast with a view!

Travelers have exclusive use of the property with 1 private parking space. There is also access to the 2 swimming pools and free residential parking (one space) just 10 meters from the front door. There is also plenty of free street parking next to the property.

There is a pharmacy, mini market and restaurants just 3 minutes from Casa Solanilla, so you don't have to venture far if you want to relax and enjoy the sun that shines all year round on the Costa Blanca!

In addition, just down the property is the Tennis & Padel Club La Sella, a riding school and the beautiful Mediterranean gardens of the Jardin de l'Albarda.
