The Cabin Retreat offers you the opportunity to settle in, relax and delight in the beauty and comfort that this cozy home-away-from-home provides. Located on over 17 acres, the cedar and pine cabin is more than 1700 s.f. and consists of a master bedroom, guest bedroom, loft bedroom and living/dining/kitchen area. There are also two bathrooms featuring shower and bath/shower.

The Cabin Retreat is great for small groups and family gatherings with an additional cottage space available on the property that can sleep 6 to 8+ people. The Cabin Retreat can sleep 8 to 10 people with full kitchen and two baths.

On those cooler nights, a wood-burning fireplace is available in The Cabin Retreat... and everything is ready for you to cozy up to a warm and inviting fire.

The Cabin Retreat sits atop a small hill that overlooks the gently-rolling landscape with beautiful trees, foliage and a hewn-stone fountain. A short walk along wooded trails leads you to Lost Creek which runs along a portion of the property. Take time for a leisurely stroll to the creek through the wooded trail and enjoy the quiet natural surroundings of this beautiful place.

All of this natural beauty and quiet forest is yours to enjoy while you are only minutes away from all of the events and attractions that Hot Springs provides.

ALSO AVAILABLE: Free WiFi. Plus: Massage services including deluxe couples massage, facials, and heated stone massage. At the time of your booking, let us know that you would like these services and they will be scheduled for you during your stay. Evan and Jen were oh so kind. They left us complimentary wine, breakfast material, fruit, etc. The cabin is even better in person than what is listed. My husband and I spent a good bit of time there and we are usually busy bodies. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking to truly be at peace while still being close enough to explore Hot Springs. We had a magical time!

The cabin was very peaceful and has beautiful paths to walk to the river and the back porch looks out into the woods which was great. It was not an issue for me but I feel like I should mention that the heading says it's a cabin on 18 acres but it is not alone on the acreage which is what we assumed. The owner was super friendly and welcoming and they had left wine, cheese, eggs and fruit for us which was above and beyond and much appreciated. I am allergic to fragrance and everything in the cabin (bedding, towels, tissues, etc) has absorbed the various smells of candles and such over the years. I understand this would not be an issue for most people but it was for us so I wanted to mention it for those with allergies. The cabin is very well maintained and has plenty of gathering spaces and is very comfortable and peaceful.

This cabin did not disappoint!! Wonderful host! We arrived to cheese and wine in the fridge, fresh fruit on the counter and pizza and ice cream in the freezer! Absolutely wonderful stay!!

We had a great stay at the cabin. We enjoyed utilizing the fireplace and there was plenty cooking equipment for all our meals. The two bedrooms downstairs and the three beds upstairs in the loft area worked great for our group. Thank you for the clean and well equipped cabin!

Our children were completely enchanted, Our kids had the best time, and it’s always such a joy to see how much they enjoy being here.The host is exceptional—gracious, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring every detail is just right. It’s rare to find a place that feels both like an escape and a homecoming, but this cabin offers exactly that. We cannot wait to return again.

The cabin was wonderful and suited our family well. The kids loved having their own "space" in the loft and all of the toys and the basketball court for play. The kitchen was the best stocked, I've ever encountered on a VRBO rental and the wine/cheese/fruit was a nice touch. The kids were very pleased with the ice cream in the freezer too!! Everything we did was no more than a 30 minute drive away; the location is very convenient to Hot Springs and both Lake Catherine and Lake Ouachita. We had a great time!!

Home was very comfortable, beds were great. House was a little further out than we expected. Any and every item you may need was provided, dishes, pots, pans, glasses, condiments. Host even had a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge waiting for us. Would highly recommend. Host answered all questions and was pleasant to work with.

Amazing!

This is a perfect place for a weekend romantic getaway. There's a spa a1 minute walk away, and the masseuses are amazing and very detailed. We enjoyed sitting bt the fire pit as well. The amenities are so nice that its a little overwhelming. You kind of feel bad using anything haha. I could go on all day about this place. Just book it, you wont regret it.

Warm and cozy

This was a wonderful experience. I took my daughter and her best friend. We all loved it. We loved the smell and the music playing. It was so warm and lovely, and I loved that they had already prebuilt the fire.
