The villa has a surface area of 208 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open space consisting of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room. In the living room there is a large sofa and at the foot of the TV there is a fireplace, the fire of which will create a pleasant atmosphere in the cold evenings. The flow of the space, the abundance of seating and the openness to the outdoor terrace make it ideal for socializing. The room is dominated by a combination of wood and marble with an accent of royal blue color, which gives a touch of luxury and refinement. All rooms are air-conditioned.



This vacation home has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuite bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor while 1 is on the ground floor. 2 rooms are equipped with double beds, while 1 has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms are dominated by light colors of neutral shades, which makes them extremely pleasant to stay in and ideal for relaxation. 1 bedroom on the first floor has access to the balcony. All bathrooms are equipped with towels and shower cabins, and in each you will find an accent sink.



Villa Una Sofia also has an impressive garden of 2150 m², which is ideal if you are vacationing with children or a larger group of friends. On the spacious outdoor terrace there is a 35 m² swimming pool with 6 sun loungers for enjoying the afternoon sun. While one part of the group relaxes with a panoramic view of the surrounding hills, the other part will surely enjoy preparing a barbecue in the summer kitchen. Children will love the large playground, and there are plenty of other activities available - table football, table tennis, darts, board games.
