Roger’s House Between Sarlat and Rocamadour

Former Quercy farmhouse, fully renovated, independent, and set in peaceful surroundings with a green area. Enjoy a private shaded courtyard under lime trees, a fenced garden and park, and covered parking.



Relax on secluded terraces, covered or open, with beautiful views over the valley, meadows, and woods. Barbecue, garden furniture, and loungers are provided for your comfort.



The house offers 4 bedrooms: three with 140 cm double beds, one with a 160 cm double bed and a sofa bed. Baby cot available on request.



Private pool (6.5 x 3.5 m, 1.2 m deep throughout) with outdoor shower, safely enclosed with a gate.



Two bathrooms with showers, two separate toilets. Large fully equipped kitchen for up to 15 guests, with induction hob, electric oven, stove, and refrigerator.



Living room with flat-screen TV, closed fireplace, leather sofa, and armchairs. English pool table and darts available free of charge.



Many walks and hikes start right from the house. A cycle path on a former railway line is 10 km away, ideal for families, covering 20 km between Sarlat, Gourdon, and Souillac. Riding center nearby.



All shops 3 km away. Supermarket, train station, hospital, swimming pool, and lake at Gourdon, 7 km. The Dordogne River for swimming is about 10 minutes away.



Optional services such as pets, bed linen, and towels are available for an extra fee to be arranged with the host via the booking platform. If you bring pets, please follow the specific rules. Kindly leave the house clean upon departure.
