Beachfront Bliss with Plunge Pool - Seashells

Seashells is a three-story beachfront villa on the west coast of Barbados' Paynes Bay, offering seclusion and island charm. This property embraces outdoor living, and it features a spacious covered verandah and an open-air deck, seamlessly blending Caribbean Sea views with lush tropical gardens.

The entrance leads to an open-plan living and dining area, as well as a kitchen. French doors open onto the patios, creating an indoor-outdoor flow. The coral stone walls exude tropical charm, and the patio features seating areas, a dining table, an open-air deck, and a private plunge pool. A BBQ gazebo awaits al fresco dining. A private gateway leads to the soft sands of the bay.

The decor is Caribbean chic, with warm colours and local art. The living area boasts a TV, and modern amenities.

The bedrooms are reached via a curved stairwell. Two guest bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds, are on the first floor. Both feature walk-in closets and spacious en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom on the third floor includes a four-poster king bed, and a seating area. A double balcony offers ocean views.

This beachfront villa promises a serene and luxurious Barbados getaway with a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living.

Lovely property! Pictures of the property do not do it justice. The views are breathtaking. Aside from access to the beach and local restaurants, the amenities were an added bonus. Macy, our concierge, was so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend!

Lovely villa on the beach

Great size villa, good bedrooms which were on the beach side with bathrooms on the road-side, which is quite close. However two of the bedrooms have open louvre windows which allow noise in - would be far better if these were glazed over, as not needed for ventilation with the a/c. Outside space is good with direct access to the beach which is small but very quiet. Didn’t use the small pool much.Kitchen had supplies of oil, salt, sugar, coffee etc which is great, Didn’t feel we needed the daily housekeeper service-every 2-3 days would be fine.Easy walk to QP Bistro and the Roti Den. de Clay Pot is opposite- we enjoyed hearing the live music a couple of evenings (ends earlier so no issues with sleeping). Short drive into Holetown or beyond. Fish market is next door but that’s no issue.Felt very safe and secure. Great choice!

Seashells in Paradise

Beautiful beachside villa with the perfect layout for families or large groups. Every room had a private balcony that overlooks an awe inspiring view of Payne’s Bay. We literally walked off our back gate into the water and saw a variety of fish, coral, and other sea life while snorkeling. The kitchen was stocked with anything you needed for meal prep and entertaining. The bathrooms were spotless and accommodating for both children and adults. The property was also maintained daily by a friendly and discreet staff. Aside from all the activities and tours we took, our favorite thing to do was sit out on the back deck and enjoy the serenity of ocean waves with the backdrop of a beautiful sunset. The location was also perfect - close enough to Holetown and small restaurants but isolated enough that you didn’t feel crowded. Of all the trips we have taken throughout the Caribbean, our daughters said that this has been their favorite place to stay. I hope we will be able to come back.

Amazing villa on a beautiful island

Highly recommend this villa, the location and views are awesome, the villa was well equipped, Barbados is a very friendly island. The beach directly in front is rocky but just walk left a short distance to get sandy entrance. We would return, the cleaner was sweet and the Gardener was Funny! We even saw 2 monkeys briefly on the property!

Delightful

Property was very nice with exceptional views. House was well outfitted for cooking. Service staff (housekeeper, landscaper, and security personnel) were very engaging and supportive. Neighborhood and street were quite busy and noisy on street side of property, but otherwise great location

Perfect ....Again!

Our second stay at Seashells in the last 12 months and again, it did not disappoint. Perfect location and 5 star luxury. Once again we were looked after by Althea who made us feel very welcome and the grandchildren loved her. We shall return!!.

Perfect property

Having stayed in hotel accommodation on previous visits to Barbados this property worked perfectly for a family of 4 adults and 2 excited grandchildren. Clean, safe for the children and of a high standard, the house opens up on to the beach. The perfect family vacation property.

Paradise Found

We loved our stay at Seashells and would recommend the Villa to anyone that wants beautiful beach view that look like a postcard. The Villa is within walking distance of various restaurants, fish markets, and water activities and a good hub if you are driving around the island. Snorkeling was great and we were able to see a variety of fish and stingrays just off the beach behind the villa. The staff was very kind and helpful and willing to answer any questions we had about the island. It was not hard feel at home in this Villa. The Villa was clean, well maintained and looked just as it does in the pictures. If given the opportunity, I would stay in this Villa again.

Stunning villa in a great location

Clean, spacious, and with perfect views. It is quite noisy, being next to the main coast road and a busy fish market, but that is to be expected at any property in this area. Cannot fault anything about the property or the lovely housekeeper. We will be back as soon as possible.
