"Clean, comfortable room with a well kitted out ensuite bathroom. Room had the normal tea and coffee facilities, but also had a jar of biccies and a small fridge for fresh milk, not the tiny UHT cartons. Helpful, friendly staff. Great location by the beach. Small on site car park, but also on street parking available if its full."

A bit on the basic side (no desk in the room, no towels, no dedicated wifi (something cloudy that didn’t work on 4th floor, so I tethered iPad to phone). toilet and shower a bit “military grade” but the price point was exceptional. "Booked 2 Rooms & when we arrived the Host said she wasn't letting out Rooms anymore so we were stuck at 7.30pm with nowhere to stay. Having trouble getting a Refund from you. Definitely wouldn't recommend."
